I'm proud to be South African therefore I'd like to share some more info about South Africa for those of you that are interested... I was born and raised in Johannesburg which is situated in the capital province of Gauteng which when translated meens "Place of Gold." Johannesburg was founded in the 1800's during the gold rush. Gauteng is the wealthiest province in South Africa and the largest economy in Sub-Saharan Africa. Since 1994 South Africa has had a democratically elected government. Official Name: Republic of South Africa Currancy: Rand Languages: Engish, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, Venda, Tswati, Sesotho, Phedi, N. Sotho, S. Sotho, Tswana (I cant speak all of the languages, my Afrikaans is rusty and I know a bit of Zulu) South Africa is known as the rainbow nation, its population is made up of many people from all walks of life from all over the world. Traditional and popular Food: Biltong (Beef Jerky), Braai's (Barbeque), Pap & Worse, Potjiekos, Mopani Worms (Nope I aint gona try that one). Popular Sports: Rugby, Cricket, Football (Soccer), Athletics, Swimming, Motorsport, Hockey, etc. Music: From Traditional to Kwaito, Hip-Hop, Rock, R & B, etc... Its contains 24 lights each with its own shadow properties. Another reason why the image took so long to render is the hair. Because the hair is transmapped it absorbs more processing power to calculate shadows, textures etc.
