Using John's voice, Terminator calls John's foster parents to see if they are still alive. When he phones the home, the Terminator asks John "what's the dog's name?" John says his name is Max.

Terminator: "Hey Janelle, what's wrong with Wolfy? I can hear him barking. Is he okay?"

Janelle (T-1000): "Wolfy's fine, honey. Where are you?"

Terminator: (Hangs up the phone. Turns to John.) "Your foster parents are dead. Let's go."
