Artificial Intelligence factors: Delta Seth is not your average artificial intelligence. He is considered somewhat slow in regards to his learning capacity and has had a very stunted growth intellectually. However he is equipped with 34 self evolving C.P.U.'s that offset this disability. He is also unable to infiltrate for extended periods of time because he cannot properly mimic humans. Design mods from previous models: Unlike the T-X model and its derivatives DeltaSeth has a nanite skin in the place of liquid medal. This allows him to easily assimilate other technologies into himself and interact with computers directly. His nanites can generate a weak force-field and and direct/redirect energy. He is nearly as strong as a T-X model but lacks some of her more useful features. Can reproduce by copying itself using nanites. Design flaws:
Development history: It is unknown who or what created DeltaSeth but it is known that Skynet discovered the DeltaSeth and was studying him before Tech-Com raided the base and found him. theThe T-X model terminator is the only known copy of his designs to be successful. Since he joined Tech-Com he has made 130 minor improvements to his systems and 3 major modifications. He can run at an excess of 120 mph, lift a car over his head and move like ainfantile childflexibility which allowed him to study martial arts. How this Terminator infiltrates: This android can manipulate his outward appearance to mimic other that he has seen along with their voice. However DeltaSeth cannot emulate human emotions to any believable degree and will be found quickly once he starts talking.
