• In Sarah's dream she went to the basement to find the records of thousands of human dreams to be used by Skynet. Derek was dragged to the basement for unknown purposes in Dungeon and Dragons.
  

• The coyote was key in the episode. Sarah saw one at the start. He took the form of a tatoo on the knapp of the orderly. The orderly told her that her roommate Dana did not take charge of her life and died. Sarah bit her wrists, drew blood and broke her hands to escape Winston.
