In the Future You Have Many Friends

This page is no more updated but read the ideas here, for new ones, use the save tscc section of the site and remember to often bump the threads you have started if they go to another page

List ideas for new campaigns here.

Finding the fans.

There is lots of potential to find new Resistance Fighters, if they only knew about us.
There has certainly been more than 10 million viewers of TSSC and at least 10 percent of them have become fans. As in the wiki there are only about 10000 registered, there must be lots of fans who have not heard of the wiki or the fan efforts.

In the comments to Summer's thank you letter, a Chinese forum tells they are bigger in number than this wiki. In other words, it would probably be profitable to make TSCC even in Chinese only, as the number of net connections there is lower than in the US or Europe. Most certainly making TSCC only for non-US markets would be very profitable, considering that an overwhelming majority of the Terminator movies' income has come from non-US markets.

"Some Chinese for the 13651 members of our forum, THE TSCC CHNIESE FORUM."

One effective way would be to contact the numerous scifi-clubs, asking them to "join the resistance", it is possible that most would not do anything but if even some joined, they might have great new ideas what to do.

Fan clothing for Resistance Fighters.

We need common fan clothing, like the the Starfleet uniforms or the 501st (of the Star Wars franchise).
In our case it would be cheap and easy and not geek at all - just get cheap military-like clothing and sew some common insignia. Or if you will, the latest in military gear to show you are serious about the Resistance. Would work even without insignia. Fan videos with such would be great. As in the future, there is shortage of clothes, no need for new shiny ones.

Figuring out business reasons to save TSCC
Thread
Now might, for example, be a good time to to give season 1 to big channels willing to advertise it with cuteness and love, cheaply, so they would be able to sell later seasons for money. First create the fan base, then get money. Like with soccer and lots of other sports (boxing?) - first were free, then had to pay. People still watch.
Also would help the coming movies (if they decide to do them better.)

Sending stuff (pigeons perhaps)
There are fan campaigns to send letters "please please be kind and save tscc", but if they are noticed is not known. As I like flowers I might prefer to send flowers but there is no connection to the show with flowers.
Maybe we could send pidgeons. That would be noticed. (If it was a pigeon Cameron killed?)
Quickly googled, got this
http://www.pigeonfarms.com/index.html
And this (in england)
racing pigeon 4 sale £10

Breed:
Dove/Pigeon

waryia on Sun Local - Rose Hill, Derbys 1 day ago
male racing pigeon 4 sale £10....

They do sell them but seems unnecessarily expensive. Why not just catch them and then send to them. There is lots of them around so are easy to find and probably lots of them would like to fly to see the movie studios.

Organizing a live chat with cast members
To cheer up fans and give hope for the future

FInding a new home for TSCC
Channels not contacted by fans: ABC, CBS, movie channels....
TSCC would fit any channel just fine. Just look at how their fall lineups look like:
CBS - Three CSI, two NCIS?????
ABC

Creating an investment fund
A fan-based investment fund would take some burden off the other investors and show the strenght of the fanbase

I'd have a problem with too much militaristic insignia and "gear". Don't want to see gatherings of TSCC fans confused with some NRA hunting party or a bunch of right wing idiots ...

recofpc write to any fan we can find on the net 1 Jul 14 2009, 5:01 PM EDT by LightM555

1st) If we write to any fan we can find on the net and give them the link to this website, we could gather every fans
2nd) Instead of just telling them "hey, join us:" , we should gather all ideas we have that would be convincing enough, about the chances we have to bring back our show. Then, we can put all of these these together in a letter patern that we could all use, and post it on every forum where we find fans. This should encourage them enough to participate to our fight.

Vlad_III_Draculea my idea... 6 May 31 2009, 10:29 PM EDT by Alexis_TSCC

i have one idea, maybe it's a bad idea, but i'm still going to write it... i was thinking, fans are devastated and demoralized, and a live chat with cast members of tscc would do wonders. also, since you seem to have found a chinese forum with a large number of fans, post a link on that forum, tell them to join us. i hope i didn't say something stupid.
