I am having a difficult time trying to get things organized for Part 2 of Reunion, Armageddon. I know what I want, but its tough trying to get everything in and make it a compelling read. There are things I want to happen and there are things that need to happen and both need to be woven together effectively. There is the antagonist from part 1 that must be included, the war, the character relationships, and major plot twists and revelations, surprise character appearances, weave in the threads hanging from Part 1, and give a satisfying conclusion to Part 2 and the entire story that leaves just enough unanswered questions for a new story to be written.
I know some of you don't like some of the stories for Season 2 of TSCC. But considering what I am going through in writing this story, for which I'm not even being paid, I'm just doing it for fun, you learn to be less critical of the shows writers. I mean really. I'm doing this on my own, without assistance. God bless those people who do this for a living, and who did it for TSCC. Some words of encouragement please.

I've just finish creating a soundtrack for my story Reunion. It combines music from the OST Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles plus a few extra songs and the themes from The Terminator, Terminator 2 and one from Terminator 3.
After my initial announcement, I have continued to add songs and change the order slightly. I think the order and song list is complete now.

I am quickly approaching a major battle and I need reference material.. I need biographies of people involved in war, or some damn good fiction that gives the soldiers perspective. Documentaries or films also helpful. I've got a major battle to write in the final chapters of Reunion, and I haven't found any decent reference material outside of some videos on You Tube. Please help.

In the course of writing my story, I began researching accounts of veterans of their battlefield experiences. Some of their experiences are so devastating and emotional, yet they do it anyway. No matter how you or I feel about the recent and ongoing war in Iraq or Afghanistan, please don't forget the sacrifices they make for us everyday. They fight for our freedom. They fight to preserve our lives and our way of life. War is a terrible thing. But this weekend as we Celebrate our Independence, don't forget why we have our independence. It is because men and women are willing to put their lives on the line for us. God Bless the people in the American Armed forces and may God Bless America, too.

I've seen some postings that some people aren't too pleased with the whole John/Allison romance in mine or other people's Season 3 stories. I don't know about other writers, as I ceased reading other peoples post season2 fan fiction after I started writing my own, but I am working with the characters we were left with at the conclusion of Season 2. I can hardly have a John/Cameron romance at this stage with her body damaged and missing her chip. He must first repair her and restore her chip, but in the process he has fallen in love with Allison, the girl who Cameron was built to be like. He hasn't stopped loving Cameron. In fact his love for her drives him and haunts him as Allison's very presence is always a reminder. I will tell you he will reunite with Cameron, but it comes at great cost and pain in Part 2 of Reunion. It will be a very dark section, in this case every silver lining has a cloud!

I'm just finishing up revisions to chapters 9, 10 and 11. Oh how I wish I could post them now. I don't know if you'll believe me when I say, I got so involved in reading the story I kept forgetting to check for errors. You are going to love the conclusion to part 1. Oh how I wish I could share it with you now, but I can't. If I'm even to get a start on Part 2 and have it ready to post at the planned time, then I need to keep the current posting to one chapter per week to minimize the amount of time between the last post of Part 1 and the first posting of Part 2. I know I sound like I'm bragging, that is not the intent. But what is a writer to say when he likes reading his own work?
