 Model/series information: TK-900 Series Full Name: John Alexander Planck Preferred Name: Alex Rank: Captain, CO Alpha Detachment Featured in: TSCC stories: 1. Future War: Enemies and Machines on FF.net (complete)- Alex is deployed with Derek and a Special Operations team to Europe to destroy/capture a mysterious relic Skynet has discovered under Mount Parnithia in Greece. 2. The Tin Man's War (in progress) (Part of a new set of TSCC stories) - two scientists who laid the foundation for temporal displacement technology are kidnapped. Alex soon makes contact with the Connors and enlists them in helping him track down the missing scientists. It begins during the second day of Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today and goes AU right before the church scene. TSCC/nBSG crossovers: (in these stories he goes by 'John' or his call sign 'Blanks'... and is a TK-950 series terminator... basically a more powerful chassis, 20 pounds lighter, more heavily armored, and with improved wireless and data linking capabilities and expanded sensor suites) 1. The Mission (complete)- begins during 'Kobol's Last Gleaming.' Terminators are discovered in the Colonial fleet remnant aboard Galactica. After Pegasus is reunited with the Colonial fleet the terminators must prove they can be trusted and attempt to lead the Colonials to Earth. 2. By Courage and Blood (in progress)- begins immediately after the ending of The Mission. Events have begun to unfold which will lead to a final confrontation between forces fighting for humanity and Earth and the Cylon armada, intent on wiping out all forms of life which oppose it. 3. Created by: bryan0711 TALK ABOUT THIS TERMINATOR Captain Alex Planck is a terminator, Model TK-900 activated in 2026 under the supreme command of General John Connor. In 2031 he accompanied General Connor on a mission to Triple Divide Peak in Sequoia National Park. Once inside he prevented the release of a biomechanoid virus- a virus designed to destroy liquid metal terminators. John and Cameron were impressed with his performance and told him of their past. Months later they briefed him on temporal displacement technology and assigned him to begin developing an operational plan for a mission to the past. Original Time Line The time line Alex is from is very different, radically so, from the time lines both Cameron and Derek are from. Due to the actions of the Connor family, Cameron, and Derek, the future has seen a faction of machines arise quickly and ally with the human resistance against Skynet. Alex was created and placed into the TK-900 chassis as the first of a series of terminators designed and built by Tech Com to serve as commandos and special operations soldiers. Not tainted by ever having fought for Skynet, these new terminators have found acceptance by the human resistance far easier than their brothers and sisters who were once slaves to Skynet. Tech Com operatives stole the designs and prototype chassis for this series in the mid-2020s. Refinements to the series have led to a Tech Com line of terminators of limited production but of increased survivability, strength, dexterity, and durability compared to the Skynet variants.
