ABOUT: THE TURK:

The First Turk


The Turk was a chess-playing computer created by Andy Goode. There were two versions of the Turk. The first one was burned down by Sarah Connor. The second one was programmed by Andy Goode in a coffee shop and entered into a chess competition. The Turk 2 was stolen and Andy Goode was killed. It was obtained bThe Second Turk (Season 2)y a man who sold it to the Zeira Corporation. The company started to do test out the Turk.

Lena Headey as Sarah ConnorSarah Connor: Sarah Connor has tried to find and destroy the first Turk which Sarah had succeed by burning Andy Goode's house, but after that the Turk was back and she is now on the find again to try and get the second Turk which Andy Goode has built before his death. Little does she, John, Derek and Cameron know that Cathrine Weaver has got the Turk the question is will Sarah find it and find out what Cathrine is before its to late
john connorJohn's Future enemy in the future war between Man and Machine, battling John in the future with IT's Army of Terminators, John helps Sarah, Cameron and Derek find the second Turk and stop it. The question is will the stop it in time
Derek ReeseAnother one of Skynet (The Turks) Enemies Derek is John's uncle and a resistance fighter, Derek is also helping the team fight against the the war of the machines. Derek also shoots Andy Goode the creator of The Turk future Skynet in the hopes that it would stop Judgment Day on April 21st 2011
CameronCameron is a reprogammed Terminator Model TOK715, she has been sent back by the future John Connor to help stop The Turk from becoming Skynet, and to protect John and Sarah in the past in completing their missions that are on the wall of their house Automatic for the people episode 2 Season 2
Cathrine Weaver (T-1001) Season 2Cathrine Weaver has been sent back through time to help the up bringing of The Turk through Season 2 and Season 3 (hopefully) Anyway she finds another one (Terminator Cromartie) and plugs him in to the Turk and The Turk becomes John Henry

NOTE:
  • Ironically, in trying to destroy the Turk, Sarah provoked the creation of the Turk 2, a more adaptable computer that was quicker on its feet.
  • Andy describes the Turk 2 in a way that could also apply to Skynet and the terminator AI: having a hunger for learning but not always learning the right lessons

Sarah: So is this one better or worse?

Andy: Well it's different really. More adaptable, but less predictable. Not as powerful for now, but um, it's quicker on its feet. It has a hunger for learning, but sometimes the lessons it learns...

Sarah: Sounds more human.

Andy: Well if you want an analogy, I'd say that Turk 1 had grown into a brooding teenager, and Turk 2 is still more of a precocious child. "Queen's Gambit"
