I think she does a good job in this show to, what with the emotionless, odd behavior. :-)

I have been a big fan of Summer since Firefly and Serenity. I think it is wonderful to see her on the T.V. again and wish her the best of luck.

I was thrilled to see Summer again. Her expressive face is great again. I love her eyes not blinking when she is waiting for her next line/move/action for us to see when danger may or may not be. As in the case of her standing against the car when the cop shows up in front of the drug/identity $20K ripoff nephew's home. Such fun such acting. I get goose bumps.

Summer said somewhere that the main reason that she got the part is that she is good at saying things in a perfectly emotionless way and keeping a blank expression on her face.

She is good at that, I have to agree, while just as good as anyone else at the human stuff, like the perky high school girl.

She played a really interesting, quirky, but engaging character in Firefly, somebody we wanted to know more about, but would never really know much about till the end of the series.

Obviously i love Summer and her work in Firefly but i think she makes a fantastic terminator. Good choice producers! Hopefully this show gains a wide fan base and lasts quite awhile. On a side note i remember reading some dorks comment on how they hated Summers acting. Called it so emotionless and bland. HELLO!! She's playing a cyborg!! =)

GO, GO, GO, GOOD JOB! Dorks they are indeed! They don't know acting a cyborg part that is learning and adapting (if the writers script it correctly). Thanks rivemator for sticking up for Summers and all of her fans.

Well she was working on last season of The Unit (on cbs), and it was so weird to se her on that roll, maybe they wore talking about her on that show, i think she makes a great terminator.

I need to watch that show.

I remember it being on but never gave it a go. I think I was never home when it was on. Thank god for DVR's now....still don't know how I ever lived without it

The really good news is that as Summer gets more and more popular, people may start going back and watching Firefly and Sarenity. That can add to the presure on Universal and even Fox to bring Serenity or Firefly back.

I think Summer is an excellent terminator! I think she was excellent in Firefly and I feel she is doing an excellent job here too. I’m a big Summer fan so I may be biased.

Ok guys, I have a confession to make. I have never seen Firefly before. I'm so sorry but I've never heard of the show.
To tell you the truth I've never heard of Summer Glau either until I saw Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and then I thought, where has this angel been all my life. She's so beautiful, sexy and fantastic actress and she's still young at 26 and I hope she starts getting roles in more big movies and TV series's. She's really got talent and she's someone the movie industry can really benefit from and maybe us viewers as well.

So what's Firefly about anyway?

All I know is she plays the role of a character called "River Tam" and from what I understand, if you're a browncoat it means your a fan of the show right?

Firefly is a scifi western. It explores the lives of a group of people on a ship that were on the losing side of a civil war (Browncoats) making a living on the outskirts of society. THe captain of the ship takes on two passengers, a man and his sister (Summer Glau). Shes got issues. She was basically abused by a special program in the government and now she's totally jacked up. They're both fugitives and running from the law.

No one can sum up this show, it's too awesome for descriptions. You just gotta watch it.

Yes. It's a sci fi western. I have no idea why it works, but it does. It has almost everything a great show has. It has a great script, great chemistry between the cast, excellent acting, great action sequences, wit, humour, drama. I love it to bits.

I vaguely remember it when it was on (the TV landscape is full of good shows that never made it, which is heartbreaking) Dont remember enough about it to be able to say what it was about. But from the descriptions, it sounds like it was a really cool show!
