Sarah loves Charley and, even though she can't be with him, she's not going to run into Derek's emotionally closed-off arms. She gives a lot more thought to her actions these days and that would be a disastrous relationship from the start. I don't really see her "ending up" with either of them at the end of season 2, but if I had my wish, it would be Charley :)

"I think that family comes first so i have to choose Derek as its Johns Uncle and close to them and after all all four of them John, Sarah, Cameron and Derek know more about the Terminators then Mike does. I can't Predict what will happen for season 2 all i know is Cameron will be fine cuts and a bit of endo-skeleton ."I'm thing that to. They're a cute couple! But Derek is so rare... : / Whatever... i don't know, but Cameron seems to be another choice. There were a number of "tender" moments between Cameron and Sarah. This would prove that Cameron is neutral when it comes to sexual attraction or attention. Cameron seems to distribute her "human" feelings/emotions without regard to either sex.

I think Sarah will be more of a positive mother figure to her instilling human values and morals as she is already trying to do as with not killing Andy and slapping some sense into her and blowbeating her when she killed Enrique in cold blood. If Cam has any residual "machine love" for her real mother Skynet, I think Sarah will be the counter balance to that and maybe help her see the light. Just as John's strong moral compass and love will steer her clear of rocky shoals if she strays. Those are my thoughts, anyway. Do you find this valuable? |

Sarah is way too focused on her son and the future. There is no room in her life for any man, only companions. I don't see her forming a "relationship" with anyone. She has John to take care of, Skynet to shut down (her promise to John), cancer death possibly looming in a couple years, a terminator hanging out with her son and a guy telling her the terminator is going to turn on them. Stress makes for bad relationships.

It seems that if (and I stress IF) Sarah were to settle down it would be with Derek or someone else from the future that may come back. The reason for this thought is she is afraid to pull an outsider into her world (she did spend a few years in a mental hospital for talking about killer machines from the future) she broke it off with Cahrlie because of this I think, but now he knows and she is still pushing hima way to protect him and his wife.Personally I agree with postal999 she is to busy to have a real relationship other than companions from time to time. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. She loved him very much and she left him to protect him. know that he is in the know, and completely understands the danger, he can come to her on an even playing field. I used to think that maybe Sarah and Derek might hook up, but I am not sure that Derek is capable of that type of emotion. He has been through so much, he might not have what it takes emotionally. not to mention, Sarah was Kyles lover and he might not want to go there out of respect. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Sarah seems to be the type that doesn't fall in love easily but falls fast and falls hard. Two days she knew Kyle and she loved him fiercely. She was only with Charley for six months and they were engaged. She loved him and I'm sure she still does even though she pushes him away for his safety as well as her needing to focus and he just messes things up for her. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. I think she could have a relationship with Derek eventually.They have a lot in common and with Green joining the cast permanently, they'll surely become more of a family unit. For now, I happy to leave the decision up to Josh and the writers. I can't see Sarah shacking up with anyone like she did in the time between T1 and T2, as mentioned by John "she'd shack up with anyone she could learn from." Do you find this valuable? |

Stress makes for bad relationships."Just to "throw a spanner in the works"... humans have a tendency to develop stronger attachments during times of adversity, let alone the need for physical and/or sexual contact with others. Again statistically there is a tendency for increased conceptions (babies) during times of difficulty or war. Hypothetically, Sarah could find her match in Derek when it comes to intense buried emotions. Out of all the men Sarah comes across in her life (other than Kyle), Derek potentially could be one man (if he earn t her trust), that she might trust with her sons life. And doubly so because of the link with Kyle. Personally I would think this would make things complicated... on the other hand thats what drama is all about isn't it? ;) Off on a tangent though, if you wanted to place a terminator close to the family... maybe Derek isn't the real Derek???? "Many people are religious without always wearing it on their sleeves. But we've seen Ellison talk scripture in normal conversation. That's not necessarily wearing it on his sleeve but it is evident that he is a man of faith.
