"A noble death isn’t what I see in store for Cameron, I believe we’ll find out that it was Cameron in the basement of episode 6 and she got there as a result of trying to fulfil her orders to prevent JD and failed!Wow we are starting to make this a discussion about time travel too. Hey everyone if you wish to talk about Time Travel. go here. http://sarahconnor.wetpaint.com/thread/1317858/THE+FUTURE+HAS+BEEN+CHANGED%21%21%21%21 Now if you want to discuss Cameron and John stay here and Cont. But don't talk to much paradox. This is starting to get crazy (i.e. I know my name says Krazy but this is starting to get out of hand. No offence people.) 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Remember in t2 John had a hard time letting Arnold go. It was more Arnolds choice to go.

"You have a valid point, but if Skynet has sent back a variety of bad Terminators to the past, then one more "good" one (who actually is armed with a "humanity" weapon against Skynet) floating around won't make any difference. They know how to live off the grid anyway. What about, what Cameron said in Dungeons and Dragons, "Sometimes they go bad, no one knows why...", even if she lived off the grid, she could potentially revert back to being evil, "PRO SKYNET" mode. Having terminators in the past is always risky, good or bad. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Another question I've been having....What is Cameron's origin? She's obviously made in the future or is she?

I dont think Cameron will die (or the correct term is "terminate") at the end of the series...at least I hope she wont be. It would be a better ending to see her finally get her "humanity" Kinda like at the end of The Wizard of Oz when the characters got their respective "rewards"...though it was revealed that they had it in themselves all along. :) 4 out of 4 found this valuable. "Another question I've been having....What is Cameron's origin? She's obviously made in the future or is she?"She would have had to have been built in the future. She was brought on line at the bunker they chased the Coltan truck to. Sounds like, from what Cameron let slip, she may have evil copies around if she was mass produced by Skynet. Perhaps that's what Derek came up against in the bunker. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Keeping Cameron at the end of the series works for me. As long as John can keep her from falling into the hands of someone that could reverse engineer her everything should be fine. But with all the terminators coming back she may not be the only one left around even if they do manage to stop skynet. Skynet could just pop up somewhere else. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. What if she went back not because she was programmed to but because she chose to and she is just following Johns orders? Maybe she is protecting John not because she is programmed to but because she wants to.

It does seem like when Cameron is alone with John she tries to act more human and when other people are around she acts more like a terminator.

She may have more backround with John Connor. So she may act a certain depending on the person she's around. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

"It does seem like when Cameron is alone with John she tries to act more human and when other people are around she acts more like a terminator."She's also more confortable around John because she has known him so long...and probably because he programmed her, she feels like he's her "master". NOT in a slave way though. Kinda like the loyalty we feel for a parent for instance. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

I wonder, if they develop a relationship...John and Cameron that is, how will the directors do it? They can't just suddenly have them having sex or something...lol. What do you think the first step of moving toward John and Cameron having a romantic relationship? Have they already taken the first step? For example, that scene with John reinserting her memory chip, for a moment he was staring at her as she was inactive, foreshadowing possibly he already has feelings for her. Personally I think Cameron might have a curiousity with human relationships, and possibly try to explore it herself or kiss John in the wrong context or something.
