What could be done to make it better?

What do you think of Bear's music compared to Battlestar Galactica or the Original Terminator Movies Soundtracks?

Personnally I think his music is superb. But that is just me what do you FAN think?

"I will agree that Bear has done a wonderful job keeping the vibe of Brad's original music. I just think that he's going to have to really dig deep and pull out some nifty new stuff if this show is going to continue on for more seasons.

While Brad Fiedel's overall electronic score and character motifs are very good, it's not something that lends itself to four or more years of programming. It would get old after a while (except for the original theme and beat that they need to pump up at the show's beginning to pull in the audience).

That's why I loved when Josh added the wonderful, iconic Johnny Cash song to the last episode and made the sequences surrounding it more poetic. It really helped change the tone and made it feel "different" and indie film-like while not getting in the way of the "feel" of the show at all.

I love your work, Bear, with the Fiedel material, but it needs some augmentation every so often to spice things up (like the ballet music). Besides throwing in some great tunes along the way! =) "
