OT: Thomas Dekker in "Grosse Pointe"

Just curious if anyone got to catch his performance in this TV show from 2000. We recently bought the set on DVD, having loved the half-hour comedy when it aired. Dekker's acting and choices he (and assuming the director) made are incredible and a delight to watch. What makes it hilarious is knowing that this "kid" will one day grow up to be (portray) the teenaged John Connor and future leader of mankind.His episode was called "Boys on the Side" and if you get a chance to watch it, I urge you to do so. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

For a second there when I read your thread title I thought: Dekker was in "Grosse Pointe Blank??" The one with John Cusack and Minnie Driver?? WTF? LOL!Great flick by the way. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

LuckiBeckii, oh yes, he's too adorable! You just want to hug him. LOL! Can't watch him in the Grosse Pointe scenes enough. They crack me up - in a good way, not in the shell shocked way when you see some actors' older work.Schmacky, I'm not a horror fan but did watch Village of the Damned one night just to check out Dekker as a little kid. Too cute. The other kids - too creepy! Did you catch him in ST:Voyager? They air the show all the time here so I was able to catch a bit of his eps. Do you find this valuable? |

The Voyager eps are: Persistence of Vision Learning Curve They aired in '95. His character was named Henry Burleigh, part of Jayneway's holodeck program,. Do you find this valuable? |
