I think, because Summer is the higher paid actor on the show, she will probably win in the end. Usually in television, the main stars triump over the support actors. 5  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

Not going to happen with Sarah and/or Derek in the picture. If Cameron did seduce John, Derek would find a way to kill her. 2  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Not unless John kills him first. I could see that happening. Derek already threatened her life once when he had the chip.

When they were going to burn her, John pulled a gun on everyone.

If Derek finds an opening he may try to put her down, especially if she is becoming more emotional and less like a hard core Terminator. The watch dog is no longer useful in his eyes, so to speak. And he'd probably be freaked out that a machine is evolving right before his eyes.

If Derek tries to kill her, I think John would stop him... even if he is his uncle. 9  out of 9 found this valuable. Do you?

I hope it never comes to that. In the end John will realize they're all just the same as Derek said. just machines. As in T2 "I know now why you cry but it is something I can never be"- sez the governator. Maybe John sent Cameron back so young John would be more open to the idea of using re-programmed terminators as allies in the future war. "we would have never made it in Topanga Canyon without them!". "She saves my life!". "they don't know love" -> " I know that". Of course it's fun to watch them try to be human. (remember the ultra advanced synths in the Alien movies. "it's in my programming" - Alien 4) 2  out of 11 found this valuable. Do you?

about Cameron vs. riley, as much as I dislike some exec pushing the riley character on the show, the writers probably want it to be Cameron&John, while WB execs wants Riley. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

That's certainly not gonna happen. Riley is being introduced as a nice and friendly character, and so it would be totally "wrong" if Cameron did such a thing. In order for a "good" character to do something that drastic, it would have to be for a huge reason, like for the general good of mankind, and not simple jealousy. That would really throw the fans off Cameron's character. Well, ok, I realize you're just kidding anyway. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

but remember, cameron got knocked around ALOT. and in episode three she'll lose her memory. When she gets it back, it could be a complete teritorial "@#!$ off!" kinda thing. im not saying ur wrong, im just saying that cameron hasn't gotten the "ur not a terminator, u can't go around killin people,etc" (from t2) so she could very well consider riley a threat to be killed. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. I think if Cameron killed her for no good reason then the audience would be completely turned off by Cameron. They'd basically be destroying the character; cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

I think they could twist it so that Cameron finds out that Riley is really no good, but John does not know the truth yet. Cameron kills her and John is freaked out by this... until he finally sees that Cameron was right in doing what she did. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I think Riley is a distraction/ spice for the series. I doubt she will last through all of this year episodes. She allows John some fun and distractions... normal life that will cause Sarah and Cameron to be upset. Her personally doesn't seem like what John would fall for long term.
Summer stated that she will be a "jealous robot" for a while. Could be fun to watch and allows further development in Cameron's behavior and John's reactions to it. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

Well, she hasn't in the seriies at least. Didn't know about that interview. Got a link? Don't take my rebuttals personally. Lots of BS circulates this place that I find the need to correct. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

"Jealousy" was mentioned in more than one interview. But it's explained that she will "feel jealousy as much as a robot can". Mainly, she thinks Riley is a thread to John. But she'll be giving Riley snarky remarks and such, behavior that can very well be described as jealousy.

Just saw it within the last two days, but I don't remember if it was on the videos on this site or another.

They always have Thomas and Summer together at these things. Summer is so shy, but everyone wants to ask her the questions. Do you find this valuable?

Well, I can personally say, after watching dozens of interviews, that EVERY time anyone asks her about a possible John/Cameron hookup, she ALWAYS mentions a growing jealousy in Cameron.

Besides, Dekker keeps saying over and over that John is, and always has been, in love with Cameron. His relationship with Riley is simply serving as a distraction. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?
