No offense, but ... anyway you can not to this on the Terminator Discussion forum?Open up a private chatroom or something. I don't want to have to sift through threads like this to talk about Terminator. 14 out of 464 found this valuable. Do you? |

"No offense, but ... anyway you can not to this on the Terminator Discussion forum? It's only one thread mate. I know this is a terminator discussion forum, but at the same time the whole point of a forum is to talk to people who share the same traits and characteristics as yourself. Having a few non related threads floating around won't do any harm whatsoever. Like T-1976 says, he apologises for hi-jacking the female thread.... and i don't see any complaints about that being started... I'm sure it isn't terminator related anyway. And adding to that, I also don't recall any issues with nonprodigal's thread that worked in a similar way to this... spose that's cus she's a girl and therefore excused. I know it was deleted, but it wasn't for reasons that she started so I hear (of course if I'm wrong I apologise in advance). To T-1976: making a thread like this will more than likely include some flame posts (Not saying this is you willywood cus you do have a point, but best thing to do is just ignore this sort of thread and stick with the terminator orientated ones, after all you can view up to 50 on 1 page, won't be hard to miss out a few here and there) but ignore the flames, just chill and talk... I know me and may others are prepared to listen. And while you're at it, pour me a pint of ice cold strongbow (or any other ciders you may have lying around). 54 out of 55 found this valuable. LOL Good idea T-1976, but perhaps you should have put the word "Summer" in the title ;-)

If your lonely, go to the Mall, Library, Barnes and Nobles, the Park your odds of meeting people will go up exponentially. The odds of meeting someone here 0. There are plenty of singles chat and message boards and some with the potential of meeting the people. Doing it here is a little out of place, especially when you seem to be doing all over the board.

I saw a girl at the end of church yesterday that I really wanted to talk to, but she left before I got a chance. Made me really mad for the rest of the day.

At the end of the day this is a terminator discussion forum, not a lonely hearts forum. So in that event, I use MSN, like many others I'm sure, if you want to PM me with a request I'll happily talk to you lot over MSN about this sort of thing if it isn't tolerated here. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. "I don't have an MSN account. Is it instant messaging?"Yeah, if you're interested just go to msn.com and follow the instructions. Can't believe you haven't heard of it tho (I apologise in advance if I have misinterpreted). It is the only instant messaging system I've used, and I know you can have a convo with multiple people at the same time... which would be good for disucssions like this. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. "Yeah, if you're interested just go to msn.com and follow the instructions.I used to have AIM but gave it up a long time ago. it would sign in everytime i got online even if it were just five minutes to check messages and it would keep me from getting things done (there were certain people who were always online who wouldn't let me....breathe. lol) i would consider getting the MSN one though if you will really chat there. any others interested as well??? 5 out of 5 found this valuable. I would be more than happy to join in the MSN get-together going on, I usually sit around being anti-social in Appear Offline mode on account of always being busy doing something.

I don't usually get in from work till 6pm UK time (though that will change to 8pm UK time when the local Gym finally opens) so anything after that I'm avaliable. And I don't bug people if they are busy either, all you gotta do is let me know. Plus as far as I'm aware MSN is the most poplular, so I'd expect a fair few people on the forum have it. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

"I saw a girl at the end of church yesterday that I really wanted to talk to, but she left before I got a chance. Made me really mad for the rest of the day."You should have pulled a T-1000 and ran down the street after her.....then you could have formed your arms into grips and latched onto her car....lol. j/k :) Well. i have kind of come to the conclusion that im just gonna have to "go for it"........walk up to a girl and ask her out, even if she slaps me, or her boyfriend kills me. At least I can go to my grave knowing i tried. Maybe if she does have a boyfriend, he will at least put me out of my misery 6 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |
