Pretty sure it has to be him since he now knows just about where the Conners live now, and will find them in short order unless he's taken out of the picture. Still not sure why he gets buried rather than thermite melted, though. The good news: this won't be the last we've seen of Garret Dillahunt on the show. For one thing, his deactivated carcass gets hooked up to the Turk, which is bound to be interesting. And don't forget, producer Josh Friedman promised that we'd be seeing clips from George Lazlo's numerous B-Movies thoughout the season (last one was Beast Wizard VII) - lots of potential for fun there. It just seems to me that he has served his purpose by ultimately providing Weaver with Cromartie, or whatever is left of him. So technically I'm guessing the both of them are going down? But since we already know that Cromartie will be hooked up to the Turk later on in the basement lab of ZeiraCorp, I'm hoping that doesn't count as a character 'death'. I mean that's just being technical, and to say that a character is going to 'die' only to come back later on as someone else ... come on. It's one of the reasons I loved 24. They killed off characters, sometimes major ones, left and right. For the most part, they usually stayed dead. Except for Tony ... but now I'm just going OT. Anyway, that's my take on it. Moving on, I just got a really crazy idea. They defeat Cromartie, take his chip and bury his body. Thus, Cromartie is dead. Then Ellison undigs the body and brings it to Weaver. She then plugs The Turk into Cromartie, to sort of communicate with it through Cromartie's body. Sounds insane, or am I on to something?" Gusar, you could be on to something here. I can think of two pieces of evidence that support your theory. First, there is a promo picture of Cromartie sitting on a chair in the secert room that the Turk is stored in. Second, Garret Dillahunt said in an interview that Cromatie geos through a major personaility change. Also, Garret has shown he can play multiply characters in the same TV series (see Deadwood). And Josh has stated that he loves Garret. I think it's highly possible that their going to kill Cromatie off, but have Weaver bring him back to life, and infuse him with a new mission objective. She then plugs The Turk into Cromartie" I did see a shot somewhere, of Cromartie plugged into the Turk. So it is possible that Ellison (as Weaver's "Job" handyman), will take the body to her. If this really does come about, it could explain Skynet's eventual, single-minded purpose: the extinction of humanity. So havimg recreated himself as Skynet, Cromartie sends himself back to terminate John Connor, and so allow him to proceed with JD. (If you see hat I mean) Cycles within cycles. I'm leaning towards Ellison as well, but I don't think it has anything to do with Weaver being able to take on his role. She is using him as one of her pawns in order to achieve some greater purpose. If she had wanted to become him, she could have done so at any point since she has had more than enough opportunities to make physical contact with him. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

If it turns out to be the case, then the next order of business would be the agenda of this new AI. Would it become a rival, still aiming to destroy humanity but wanting to usurp Skynet as well? Or might it be less hostile to humans, maybe constructed by that terminator faction wanting a peace of some sort as mentioned in the "Allison from Palmdale" episode?
