"Alliance. Currently have a 70 Ret Paladin, 70 Fury Warrior and a 70 Hunter. Will be making a Death Knight in a few days. =)" Do you twink? We're re-setting up a 29 crew on Jaedenar, Horde side. You could join or oppose, if you are looking. Do you find this valuable? |

"The problem is that everything else has seemed kind of hallow or predictable since. It's not that I'm saying we always won every fought we got into, nobody does, it's just that victories aren't as extreme anymore.Personally, I attribute this to the removal of punishment upon death, dying is a small bump in the road now, its insignificant. Everything gets dumbed down, mainstreamed, to satisfy the casual players. The constant fear you experienced ( if you can call it that ) what was made Ultima so great. No matter where you were, what you were doing, you could be attacked by just about anyone and stripped of all your belongings. Every encounter was a challenge, a rush, because the risks were so high. Now MMOs can be played with the push of a button or two, PvP encounters always follow the same, predictable patterns and penalties are non-existent. Games are now more about graphics than gameplay, they promise a unique gaming experience, but deliver the same old crap we've been 'forced' to swallow for the past 4 years. Yes, I'm looking at you, AoC. /rantoff ;p Do you find this valuable? |

"That is applicable to almost all genre...I know, you're absolutely right. Original IPs are dropping like flies, only to be replaced by a new edition of Madden football, or the next Guitar Hero game. I guess sequels are just more profitable, how long do they actually work on them anyway? Update the NFL roster on Madden and you've got yourself a new game for 2009, pretty pathetic. Well, at least we can count of Valve to put out good, original games once in a while, I guess that's a start. Sleepy time now -_- Do you find this valuable? |

I've been gaming since the NES. My current system of choice is the PS3, although I've been making sure to balance my gaming diet with plenty of Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis as well. Right now I'm digging into Fallout 3 on PS3, Mega Man: The Wily Wars for Sega Genesis, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past on Super Nintendo.

"COD5 is not being developed by Infinity Ward who developed 4. It's being made by same company than did 3, which I thought sucked. EA unfortunately holds the rights to Call of Duty. I'm not getting 5, just because it was made by the same company as 3, and I also dont want to go back to WWII. I'm going to wait until Infinity Ward makes number 6, because they will not go back to WWII again.Thank you for explaining. ^^ Do you find this valuable? |

So anybody wanna share what game's there playing at the moment? :D Any games that you absolutely can't stand and wanna rant about? As i'm still stuck with my PS2 at the moment that means i'm also stuck with last-gen games... I just recently picked up Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones which I just beat. I'm probably gonna replay it a few times because of absolutely ADORE PoP! I played Sands of Time so much I practically have the whole game memorized. I'm still trying to beat Guitar Hero 3 on Expert but I can't seem to get past 3 of the last 4 songs! RAWR! Guess I need to practice more... I was playing Tomb Raider: Legend for awhile but I got so frustrated with it I haven't picked it up since summer. The controls are BEYOND frustrating and I just kept DYING AND DYING.... so annoying. Oh and also annoying was the HUGE BOOBS that were in your face every 5 seconds! I'm a girl I don't need to see that! -_- Do you find this valuable? |

I've got a PS3. Just finished Resistance2 last night and will probably try the multiplayer later. IF you decide on a PS3, make sure you get Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. I lost alot of sleep on that game. The game was so well rendered that the cutscenes used the same graphics engine as the gameplay. And it wrapped up the Metal Gear storyline up pretty ok.
