I'm 100% sure she speaks about Cameron. She says "It's sick". She clarifies "her" with "it" and 'metal" -- referring to one person, Cameron. Her intonation is fairly clear. Do you find this valuable?

Actually, I would prefer that you are correct (I'd much rather have John forced to choose between Riley and Cameron than Riley and his mother) and I'm not 100% certain that you are not.

Still, as I think about it, there seems to be one more problem with resistance leader Cameron that wasn't mentioned in the episode. I'm not sure its even possible.

Of Jesse, Derek and Cameron, I think we all would agree that Jesse was chronologically the last of the three to be sent back in time. Cameron was probably the 1st and Derek the 2nd, but this is a little unclear; it probably doesn't matter because they seem to have been sent back at almost the same time. The point is, if Jesse is the last of the three to come back, then Cameron shouldn't even be there making those bad decisions in the future.

If she's there, the most likely explanation would be that they all come from alternate timelines and that our Cameron has survived through JD to be at John's side when Jesse is sent back. That presents a quandry of its own. That means that at some point, there would have been two Camerons running around the Connor compound at one point in Jesse's future. Is that really somewhere that the writers want to go, because it could get confusing as all hell if they do.

I'm thinking the present day Cameron survived Judgment day based on the comment about how in the future she's running everything and she's so close to John. Probably they build a relationship and Cameron helps the resistance capture her future self, which they reprogram and send back in time. Do you find this valuable?

That, and the fact that Jesse was telling either Riley or Derek (can't remember which) to imagine what John would be like after having been under Cameron's influence for 20 or so years. Implying that he was with her for that long, after mentioning that Cameron was the only one he talked to or spent time with.

"Yes. Jesse is conspiring with Riley to keep John and Cameron apart. If not for Riley, they probably would have their peace by now."
Yeah, John would be getting a piece, all right.
