At first i wondered if it was a time/date e.g. 04:19 10th June 2044... but that would be too far in the future to be useful to the characters.

Then i wondered about map co-ordinates, like latitude/longitude, but 04"19'10.00 x 00"64'40.00 but you cannot have 64', it takes a bit of padding with zeros, and there's nothing around that area anyway except ocean.

Have tried shoehorning the number into sky co-ordinates too, but doesn't work much better, and nothing much to see anyway.

So anyone have any bright ideas? It's got me flummoxed for now...
