Unanswered questions so far
Dec 20 2008, 3:10 PM EST | Post edited: Dec 20 2008, 3:10 PM EST
Ok, so those are some unanswered questions so far, that crossed my mind (add some if you have one):

1. What happened to Derek in the basement - [1x06] Dungeons & Dragons
2. How did Derek know that Cameron is a terminator - [1x06] Dungeons & Dragons
3. Why did Cameron took the coltan bar - [1x04] Heavy Metal
4. Is there sth more with the mission of Jesse, is there sb who supports her? What is the real story of her managing to travel to the past.
5. Do Riley know everything? Does she knows who Cameron really is? Why did Jesse chose Riley – only because she was pretty or sth more?
6. To who was Cameron referring to when she told John that “that could upset people” (…) “not them” - [2x02] Automatic for the People
7. What is the aim of Weaver and the John Henry bot.
8. Is the Emma (Japanese guy program) somehow important? - [2x10] Strange Things Happen At The One Two Poin.
9. What model Cameron is.
10. Who among terminators wants peace and what are theirs plans? - [2x04] Allison from Palmdale

I hope that writers will explain some of them soon or maybe in the 3 season. Till then we can discus what are the answers that are in the writers heads :P (sorry for my bad english)

3. Makes sense in case she needs to repair herself.
5. Her mission is to keep John away from her, she obviously knows who she is.
6. Future people, I think.
9. TOK741 or something

But I think there's too many unanswered questions still haha.

2. Because he knew her from the future already. Some speculate it has to do with the music room too and your question 1.

3. I believe that subplot was permanently dropped along with several others from season one due to the writer's strike.

5. One can only assume that Riley knows all there is to know about Cameron, or otherwise she wouldn't understand what her mission really is. I don't know why Riley was chosen besides being a "pretty girl".

6. People from Jesse's faction, who criticize future John's decisions and believe they are influenced by Cameron. John preserves Cameron in the present day and this was a least supposed to be the beggining or the demonstration of their connection.

As for the rest of your questions, one can only speculate so far, and I also hope they will be answered at some point. As for now, we're just being teased and teased.

I wonder what the relationship between future John and Cameron is, what Cameron's real mission is, why Allison was chosen by Skynet, how did stopping ARTIE changed the future, what is the story behind the futuristic machines as seen in the year finale, and how much of Cameron's behavior is "emulation" versus the development of actual basic human understanding. (Was "I Love You and You love Me" a faulty routine due to chip damage, a ploy to save her own terminator butt, or genuine feeling as far as her primitive understanding of love will allow? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Well Allison wasn't so much chosen as captured, right?
Just bad luck.

"
Cameron said to her, "You were chosen Allison. Not just by John Connor; you were chosen by us." That *could* just be a mind job, but it might mean someting about her value to John and Skynet.

Not a bad list. Good time to do a list like that on the long, arduous break we're on. We'll be up on our stuff by the time the magical day of Feb. 13 comes along.

2. Wasn't there a scene set in the future where Derek meets Cameron when Cameron kills a rogue Termi (Cameron says " Sometimes they go bad; we don't know why"? I assume thats where Derek meet Cameron. Will someone please confirm/deny this?
10. I'd say that Cameron's mentioning all that to Allison was just so Cameron could persuade (trick) Allison to giving up information about the resistance. I didn't think Cameron really meant that as true, although its possible.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm not quite clear yet on exactly how Derek met Cameron. I mean, it was sometime in the future, but I don't think they have exactly shown that moment. It is speculated that it could have been in the basement with the music, but I don't really know.

The scene you mentioned happened in "Dungeons and Dragons", but there is also another previous scene on that episode when Derek gets to some bunker where there that superior black guy, he sees Cameron, draws his weapon and yells "metal!". This is the first future scene where we see them interacting in some way.
The scene you mention is after this and it seems it is already after that black guy explained to him there are reprogrammed terminators now.

Yeah. You mean General Perry as the guy Derek yells to in Dungeons and Dragons. He appeared again in Alpine Fields.

TSCC hasn't gotten all weird and crazy like "Lost" did. I still feel like I basically get the storyline.

Actually TSCC is getting more intricated but they didn't throw away the plotline like in Lost.

That's a good, good thing.

I have to make this quick, I" making the dough for gingerbread men in the kitchenaid.....
What sustains the terminators biological tissues? When the guy from the 1920s was waiting behind the wall for about 80 years, but still looked fresh as a daisy when Cameron knocked down the wall to expose him?

Food and nutrients, only not as often needed as us.

There has to be a slim chance that there is more than one Cameron, yes she was molded after one person. But we all know anytime a one off is made if there is any little reason to not wast a "mold" they would have produced more. I think that would blow everyone away if we seen a blue time bubble appear and a Skynet controlled Cameron was set loose in this time. Summer could easily act both parts. This would not have to dominate the show either, this evil version could set up operations on the other side of town for a while. It would make things interesting without jumping the shark.

Not quite what I'm looking for. More like info from the Terminator "universe"....just any reference in the movies/books/tv show that addresses my question. What is that reference, and where is it found, if it exists.

That is a brilliant episode idea - there's a current thread asking people to make up episodes you should put it there as well. Actually it's more than an episode - it's a whole subplot that could go on for weeks.
