Your stuff is amazing. I know a good story when i get lost in it and zone out, and i did just that reading your latest "scenes". I was pissed off when it ended cause i wanted more :)great work Do you find this valuable? |

I thought Jameron happened a little too quickly, and Cameron became a bit too human a bit too fast, but this fic really drew in my interest. I had to stop halfway through while reading it to go to work, and I spent the whole day wanting to finish it. If that's not a compliment, I don't know what is.Not that I'm complaining, but what happened to Riley? I'm guessing the events of "Earthlings" never happened, but now that [Rot13 spoilers] Wrffr'f qrnq [spoilers], what ever became of Riley? Anyway, pancakes to you. Please continue it. Do you find this valuable? |

I guess it's about time that I answer/address a couple of questions/complaints that have been brought up.'Jameron happens too soon' - As much as 8 months have passed since the jump forward in time, and as many as 21 episodes are considered to have happened before this fanfic. That's enough lead in for me ;) 'Story moves too fast' - You've got me there. It's supposed to feel like you're watching the show- hence 'Scenes'. On that note, when I said 'Scenes aren't chapters' I didn't mean that you guys can't call them chapters if you want. I was just warning potential readers that they wouldn't be of consistent length and that reading only one may not give you enough information. 'Cameron becomes too human, too soon' - In my fanfic the only doubts that Cameron is already practically human come from angsty emo John, his mother, and his bigoted uncle... and who cares what they think? :) Honestly, my best explanation(which may change) is that she bottled up her emotions after leaving 2027(it hurt to leave), and that she tried very hard not to act on her developing feelings for teenage John, considering it a betrayal of her relationship with 'her John'. Realizing that 'her John' no longer exists, she begins trying to turn teen John int a kind and caring John like 'hers'. Also, because I'm letting the story 'write itself', I can't guarantee that characters will keep showing up. I've only forced the story where I wanted it to go a couple of times. Right now, I'm trying not to post spoilers here. However, if enough show up in this thread, I'll start covering specific questions about the plot, events, characters, etc. including where and why I forced the story in a certain direction. Finally, thanks for all of the support and kind words. Do you find this valuable? |

I like the story. i like the way it flows. i like the pace you have it moving at. I LIKE IT.Great stuff. keep it up. I never expected you to take it in the "dereks a gray" direction, and now im goin nuts havin to wait to see whats what. Dont keep us waitin to long :) Do you find this valuable? |
