Losa78, Good list. The part about Josh and stand-alone episodes also illustrates another good point Josh covered for us: Stand-alones can involve missions where characters are deepened and explored. It can work very well as creative outlets, so stand-alones aren't necessarily bad once in a while. I've always said as much, in that sometimes a break is nice when the sub-plot story is good. Dekker also spoke to the complexity of the characters on the show and how a TV series can get into that multi-dimensional nature of each simulated person. Think of the x-Files if you doubt any of this stand-alone concepts or character development: There were many times in the X-Files where they didn't get into the single long-running story arc of the search for extra-terrestrials and simply told a good story, which made the entire series as a whole much richer.

I didnt see the chat live but read the transcript on the fancast, and i have to say that was great most of the questions and concerns we have will be answered by the end of season 2 but then again other issues will be opened up. I just wonder who will die and who will leave...Do you find this valuable? |

"Sarah's leaving, to do some mission on her own. Cromartie died. That much was admitted to by Josh."If your opinion holds true, then Cameron would betray. But we know they can't just do a repeat of last season--that would be lame, for lack of a better word. So how would Cameron "betray" John is Sarah is the one "leaving" ? I try to keep in mind that the family will be coming back together near the beginning of season 3... My opinion is still that Cameron "leaves", but I'd like to hear your thoughts. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I try to keep in mind that the family will be coming back together near the beginning of season 3...Josh and Thomas have both said (on videos and chats within the past 48 hours) that Sarah is leaving "the kids" to stay at home, while she goes off on a three dot mission of something.... Cromoartie was admitted to be the great major death. Riley is obviously betraying John. And we all - shippers and antis - hope Riley dies! Good to see you got a post on the live chat. Well done! (I guess MY questions sucked...) 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Josh and Thomas have both said (on videos and chats within the past 48 hours) that Sarah is leaving "the kids" to stay at home, while she goes off on a three dot mission of something....Yes, but the three dots thing is what Sarah has already been doing. I was referring to the die/leave/betray thing, dunno if that was clear. The idea is that John will be alone at the end of the season after the three women in his life die, leave, and betray him, respectively (dunno where Derek is, LOL!). Personally, I think Sarah will "betray" in a sense by turning on Cameron (possibly influenced by Jesse influencing Derek), and Cameron will leave John but be relatively nearby. I would go into detail...but I think you get the general idea. And of course, there's me (and some others) and my hopes that there will be enough "jameron" in the back 9 that when Cameron leaves, John isn't happy about it. Shipper or no, I'm glad you agree that Riley will die. At this point, I find her character interesting as a plot device but not really the character herself, who I find very two dimsensional and frankly quite annoying. I can't wait to see how the whole Jesse-Riley plot turns out, though! I'm very curious as to what happens in the difficult scene in episode 18 that Dekker mentioned.... Do you find this valuable? |

"Good to see you got a post on the live chat. Well done! (I guess MY questions sucked...)"Oh, and thanks. It was really just a small comment, but given its proximity to the possible Jameron-ish answer given by Josh (he LOVES torturing us, you can tell), I guess I should be somewhat proud. I submitted many questions myself that weren't put up, so don't feel too bad about it. I had some good ones, but my favorite (just for fun) that I wish they had put up was the "Do you have any plans for Cameron to use a minigun?" =) Do you find this valuable? |

In real life, Riley should have baught the farm a long time ago. She just busts in people's lives head long when it is VERY clear they have something to hide: bank robbers, ax murderers, etc. John should have been tipped off that she wasn't scared off. He should have been the one chasing her, trying to get her back (because she has a nice rack - which they never really played up for someone who was such a weasel/punk in T2: how'd he become such a wimp in just 2 years?) not the other way around. Of course, we know now she had Jesse coaching her how to play John, just as she is playing Derek... They both should die. End of story! No gilr would last long with JC. Look what happened to Cam at school. Most babes don't get up from that... I wonder what the other kids in class thought of her when she did (and never returned)? Do you find this valuable? |

They didn't answer, but when we SEE her with one in an ep we'll know they used your idea (and not pay you for it) and I'll be quoting you as the source... Obviously you WOULD be the source of this idea: they don't spend enough time caring about the resto of the Terminator Universe for that. (again, joking) Do you find this valuable? |

I thought the questions were a little pedestrian and dull. I would have preferred some more meaningful questions. What was there was decent though - Josh gave some really good insight on things.

"It was good. I my question answered from Thomas. Hopefully he and Summer will enjoy the stories on cameronandjohn.com."Or get creeped out. I know some of the fan fiction on here creeps me out. It's like the male fans are projecting their own sick fantasies on to John and Cameron... *shoots a look at Veran* They need to put a sign: "WARNING: IMMENSE SHIPPERGASMIC CONTENT" I'm not kidding, either. I'd be a tad disturbed if I was Summer and read that stuff. Maybe not Thomas, though. He'd probably just laugh and then proceed to tease Summer about it... Dumbass. Do you find this valuable? |
