Who Approved the Technology Bill?

The headline and story above the burned down heating and air warehouse was about the approval of a technology bill. The first word was covered up. Was it just "Gov't" or "Cal"? If it was "Cal" the California governor could become a key player. Do you find this valuable?

I went back to FOX on demand just now. It moved fast, all I could see was "Gov". It could have been Gov'r or Gov't. Maybe somebody else could check... Do you find this valuable?

I don't think ANY of the episodes have been stand alones. Each one has something to do with another. A terminator was sent back to kill the Governor... that can't be a stand alone. There has to be an answer to that some time, whether this season or if it's planned for another.

Now at what time is it shown in the ep? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

It was fairly early. After Jesse and Derek were all alone together shooting apples and not communicating. Do you find this valuable?

It looks like it was just Gov.

I'm assuming that's California Gov because they live in California...
I also noticed she still has some stuff on Dakara. I thought that was a bust? I guess they don't throw anything potential away. Do you find this valuable?
