80. RE: Is Cameron the "Other"?

I also believe that the future cameron comes from johns wife either died and he lived or she was never there. And i believe that maybe there relationship moved past the point of protector protectee. I think that maybe she is his second because of that relationship.(also he may be dead and she may have come back to prevent it.) the "other" is a turk from another timeline or copied from the first in this timeline, before cw had control of it, but was set up diferently and was tuaght ery different things. If anyone noticed the entire time before cw reveals herself she treis to be more human to her duaghter, there is no reason other than she believes that is bettering herslf. Thats all i can think of for the moment. Will read more and respond. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

John Henry and Cameron exchanged the "I know You" and "I know you too" without any other correspondence that the viewer sees, and out comes the "sex" knife and we had Cameron give over her chip to JH. Sounds like thats the Robots equivalence to Romance.

Everything with people like this ends up with some sort of sex association. 0 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Wow, Tk1000 you fail so much, it's Epic. :(Accept is a troll, so saying that Jameron warps the brain while talking about something Accept says means you don't understand that he hates Jameron. Unless you're agreeing with him for some reason, in which case, you are a epic fail troll. I admit I could be wrong. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Something has been bugging me ever since JH was "attacked."It seems very likely there are multiple time lines colliding here. That was the implication of CS's character and that was the implication of the plot line involving Riley. Potentially, every time someone came back in time, they changed the timeline after that point in time. We have Skynet going far back in time, even quite a bit further than periods in previous terminator movies. Therefore, even those timelines are now potentially changed forever. The paradox in backwards time travel is that if you could go back and change your own timeline, it very well means that the timeline you left, no longer exists - so you may very well have never come to exist, but you do exist. A contradiction. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Something has been bugging me ever since JH was "attacked."OK, I think we'll never get an official answer. That means we are free to make up an acceptable explanation. I've made up an explanation that gives me closure. Here it is: John Henry's "brother," the Kaliba AI, might have been developed from a backup copy of Miles Dyson's work at Cyberdyne from before Sarah blew it up. We know Miles had a computer at home, and most professionals will keep backup copies of everything just in case. Maybe Miles' son, Danny Dyson, got the backup copy and completed the development. He used it to set up various R&D operations like Desert Heat & Air and to buy coltan. This AI would have been irrelevant if the original Cyberdyne AI or the first or second Turks had become Skynet, which would have preempted this AIs further development. After those other AIs were blocked, this Kaliba AI was able to keep developing and started to propagate itself by installing worms into other computers and hired water guy assassins. It may have had Danny killed because Danny got scared and wanted to shut it down. This Kaliba AI discovered John Henry at Zeira, then later became Skynet, and after Judgment Day it fights the Resistance and the Third Faction which is led by John Henry. The Kaliba AI as Skynet in the future sends back many terminators to attack John Henry. Terminators sent back against John Henry or his developers include Ellison term, Pretzel Girl term, Water Guy term, and the terminator that caused the deaths of the original human Weavers. This AI may also be responsible for sending Greenway term to take the power plant, Bald term to kill Martin Bedell, Myron Stark to kill the California governor, and Alpine Fields term to kill Anne Fields. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Here is a plausible set of timelines1. CW comes from future point perhaps 2050 + infiltrates a Skynet Factory and creates Cameron from a base Skynet unit using an experimental procedure which imprints Allisons mind into a subsystem of Cameron. Cameron is a emissary from the CW faction. 2. JC sends Cameron back . She is not reprogrammed but that is used as a backstory to hide the fact JC is trying to join with the CW faction 3. CW goes back and creates JH . Instead of using the "dangerous" imprint technique used to create Cameron JH is taught from the ground up. 4 Jesse meets the future Cameron from 3 and goes back creating the timeline to S3 0 out of 1 found this valuable. My view is that as Skynet tries to find new ways to defeat the humans, rogue AIs accidently get created and Skynet starts to lose control. One is Cameron, which could plausibly be the result of the attempt to imprint Allison Young's mind onto a T model in order to infiltrate John Conner's resistance. The imprinting could have made the T model go rogue. It may also be that Allison Young's love or devotion of John may have triggered the "go rogue" event. This could tie in neatly with a season 3, you get the Allison Young link.... The second is Weaver, it is possible that as the T1000+ series get more powerful they also get closer to independent thought... this may be why T1000 series are no longer sent back or created by Skynet. It is quite possible that CW developed independent thought and then became to fear Skynet or more likely the other way around), leading CW to build her own defenses/plans. It is possible that she wanted to modify Skynet prior to its emergence but infact ended up with a new AI, John Henry. The alliance with John Conner seems to be on a subsequent time loop iteration (was CW the T1000 in the box?), and it is quite possible John Henry & Cameron are merged to create new, more advanced AIs. Maybe this was because John Henry, while being more advanced than Cameron and on par with Skynet, was still very vunerable by being stuck in one place, and susceptible to worm attacks due having the same programming as Skynet. It could be that Cameron's human imprinting somehows makes her immune to worm attack, plus the obvious mobility. ie. Cameron was sent back to "mate" with John Henry to create something entirely new. Which kind of explains Sarah's maternity ward vision of Cameron & John Henry... Maybe someone will come up with an animated season 3 :-)) 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I guess JH only needed the chip (in fact _any_ terminator chip available) to get 'mobile' - so far he was only a puppet as CW stated, the mind was in those huge mainframes. (I can imagine the chip is even more powerful and complex than those current huge racks can contain.)Sarah's vision i guess is a bit more complex - with Cameron and Cromartie (that time she can think about that person as Cromartie, not John Henry!) is about machines as threat. Not just physical (eg. killing) - but remember when the 'metal cactus' gives a hug to John while he turns his head away from his mother - i guess this is a kind of analogy losing her son emotionally caused by a machine: Cameron... Also this explains Cameron caring her 'baby' in the maternity ward - which is actually the turtoise of course not a real baby. Except the fact she is a machine, i guess more or less this is fear of all mothers-with-son. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

(I can imagine the chip is even more powerful and complex than those current huge racks can contain.)The mother's fear. Totally correct.. Sarah's nightmare writ large. She knows Cameron is breaking the Oedipal ties "I don't like the way he responds to you". It is "logical" for her to the "baby" as a turtle; she cannot possibly imagine what a baby between her son and Cameron would look like, Cromartie was he contant bogeyman. Yet she is tender to the tortoise on the road. The mother's instinct is stronger that her fears. Cameron as Skynet - no way. Why would Skynet waste valuable time and energy, when it could simply lop off the head of human resistance; John Connor?. In battle, you don't mess around, You kill the enemy as fast as you can. Skynet's mortal enemy is John Connor. Kill him, and everything goes its way. It would be sheer illogic to get so close to JC, and not kill him immediately. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

On deranged trolls and Cameron/Summer haters. It is interesting that they are the ones who raise sex at every opportunity. And I have never seen any Cameron/Summer fan. no matter how fanatic, abuse Riley/Levin pictorially on their avatar.A reminder of the CoC: "Respect The Cast of TSCC. Do not post any revealing or embarrassing photographs that are clearly an invasion of an actor's privacy. The cast have a right to respect and privacy, just as each of us does. "Something has been bugging me ever since JH was "attacked."No. I don't think so. Although her real motives remain hidden, if she was really Skynet she knos the identity and location of JC and SC - and she has intimate access to them. So she could kill them at her liesure and be done with the whole thing. Franchise over if she was. I hope that makes enough logical sense to set your mind at ease of this; but it was cool that someone actually thought up that angle, and opened it up to discuss here (of all places). ------ guess JH only needed the chip ------------Cameron's chip is radically different from the 888's. There is no way they are interchangeable. http://terminatorwiki.fox.com/photo/6188333/Vicks+Chip http://terminatorwiki.fox.com/photo/6188918/Cameron+Chip+Insert Or its just another continuity problem we are all supposed to ignore. 0 out of 1 found this valuable.
