Kill her or not?

Another idea i just thought off the top of my head, it'd be nice to see Cameron turn bad, and John's constant hesitation to kill her Do you find this valuable?

That pretty much already happened at the start of the season, and Cameron did warn John during their intimate little moment that her body "was always going to have the purpose of killing humans", so that "tension" is already there Do you find this valuable?

What I mean is, perhaps there should be a prolonged desire to kill john, rather than an episode's length Do you find this valuable?
