The name 'Riley' just seems to be jinxed -- even the Riley, who played Buffy's love interest, was hated by most of the fans! Do you find this valuable?

Totally -- the whole concept of having military guys fight monsters wth science of all things, seemed very 'jump the shark-ish' :( Do you find this valuable?

Yeah, not like their wasn't a paranormal television series back then, where the government wasnt already fighting monsters and the paranormal...like the X-FILES!!

Kudos to Levin, she did a nice job. She was unfailry treated at times, but that's what you get when you try to take the spotlight away from an infallibe being. Do you find this valuable?

That's only partially true -- a lot of the hate was from people who didn't mind her as a competing love interest for John, but hated her for her character itself; which was petty weepy and annoying (except for that last redeeming fight with Jesse -- girl finally showed some guts!).

ps: it's 'Leven', fyi :) Do you find this valuable?

Maybe so, but her performance didn't warrant some of the comments she recieved. Just saying... Do you find this valuable?

True -- especially that infamous 'whale' comment -- the worst part was that Leven herself saw it :( Do you find this valuable?

i was in this category. season 1 i enjoyed the morris/cameron cheri/john thing they had going on. i hated riley because she made john act like a moron and risk his life repeatedly.

@sully i agree completely. i have nothing against leven, just never liked the riley character. i understand the backlash at anyone showing any hatred for the character because of the like 4 members who posted she was fat/ugly for months. Do you find this valuable?

umm... never said there was. said people began to make generalizations against anyone who didnt like the character as someone who personally hates leven and was cruel to her on here. didnt say at any point it was anything other than wrong. Do you find this valuable?

Sorry if I misinterpreted what you said. I tought you were saying 4 members wasn't a large enough group to be annoyed by such comments.

Hopefully she shrugged it off. I'm sure she doesn't need me or anyone else to tell her that she isn't fat, let alone the size of a whale. Do you find this valuable?

Well i did find it annoying that, in addition to her weepiness, this supposed JD survivor was fat! (Even in the future scene where Jesse finds her, she's clearly not svelte). But i didn't harp on it, and I definitely held nothing against Leven herself. Do you find this valuable?

I think Leven has her life and priorities in order, she lives alone sans parents in NYC and recently CA for her acting career, I'd say she's more mature and grounded than the peeps that call her names. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
