I love that interview. You can tell that he really cares about the show, and is not just there reading his lines, you know? Brian is an awesome guy.

My nick isn't because of BAG, green is simply my favourite colour. I had no idea that the surname of the actor portraying Derek was Green when I chose it.

When I first heard that Green was joining the cast, I inwardly groaned, as I had never thought much of him as an actor.I was wrong. Green was terrific as Derek. Other than Cameron he was probably my favorite character on the show. I just hope that he, and we, get a season 3. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

More and more, BAG becomes my favorite actor on the show. Just the fact that he actually IS a Terminator fan and an all-around geek (in the nicest sense of the word) makes me proud to watch this show. It's great that he felt the gravity of what it means to be given a 'Reese' character, let alone one that wasn't in the trilogy. I also think it's awesome (and funny) that his giddiness becomes audible when he talks about sci-fi and super-hero stuff.Super job BAG, your hard work is appreciated! Do you find this valuable? |

I like this guy. I've seen him in some interviews. I enjoyed the way he played Derek on the show. The way he played his character is just the way I would want to play it if I could act. The scene I liked him best in was when he was sick on the bed and Jessi asked him what he was doing when she first saw him and he replied "I was waiting for you". I thought that was very good, and I actually thought it was romantic and almost got choked up. I never feel romantic from TV or movies. As a Terminator fan of the original movie, I thought he did a great job.

I really like BAG and Derek. If you guys had to choose some other actor to play him in Salvation, knowing the age of Anton Yelchin as Kyle, who would you choose.
