this is an awesome idea! i can't wait to share some stuff with you guys when finals are over!!! woo hoo i've listened to a little bit and i like what i hear! what are the qualifications for this thread, other than the fact that you yourself made it? like only TSCC songs or?? i love writing music :) Do you find this valuable? |

It would certainly generate more traffic to this thread if we widened our range and maybe allowed Firefly remixes as well. But for the most part, I would suggest first arranging a Terminator theme. If it's well received, members will probably be interested in your original music and visit your profile, where you may list your hobbies share your creativity without overstepping your bounds in this particular thread.This is a musician's rule in general. Bands who first start out doing cover songs get noticed much more quickly, since everyone likes to hear new spins on their favorite songs. Following this rule, everyone wins: The site gets a new terminator remix, and you get noticed as a musician. You'll have an entire forum of Terminator fans looking forward to downloading your debut album on itunes, all because they were looking for Terminator remixes, liked yours, and wanted to hear what else you've done. Ah, I'm ranting. But ranting is good; it purges the mind of asymmetrical thoughts and ideas. am Do you find this valuable? |

This thread is supposed to be dedicated to Terminator/TSCC fanmusic. If you want to post other stuff, I suggest doing so in an OT thread. It's a shame there isn't more activity in here, but I'd rather not see the thread cluttered up with OT stuff.

Well, this new clip is actually an evolution of Cameron's Lullaby. It came from the same Logic project. I started out looking for a particular sound, and I found some things that inspired me to move in a completely different direction. So at this point, I'm not sure if I will try to link the old cue with the new one, or if I will write two completely individual songs. Right now my focus is on this new cue though. I just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't lost interest in doing Terminator covers.
