We are an elite group of resistance fighters assigned to the protective detail of our beloved Alison Young. We are the meanest, dirtiest, and most loyal metal hating bastards on this side of the time continuum. Our mission is to insure the survival of Alison Young and incapacitate the TOK-715 class cyborg known as Cameron.

Uh... most of us were in love with Alison since AFP. Sorry, we firmly believe that there she had more character development in one episode than most characters have in the past two seasons.

We are also using Glau's spelling of Alison rather than TV Guide's 16  out of 20 found this valuable. Do you?

I like them both, because they are both Summer Glau, and therefor it's nearly impossible to not like both of them. However, I still don't think John should be in a relationship with Allison, because storywise that would just feel phony. I mean, where's the romance in the guy leaving the "weird" girl for the "normal" girl?

To furhter elaborate on my previous question though... If someone claims to be a Summer Glau fan but only likes Allison, how could they have been a fan of Summer on this show if except for one episode, they hate the character she plays? Seems kind of disingenuous to me... 8  out of 15 found this valuable. Do you?

First of all. THIS NOT A SHIPPING THREAD.

Secondly, who said we specifically hate Cameron? We hate metal in general and we love Alison. If Cameron wasn't out to kill Alison, we wouldn't need to target her.

Thirdly, you can totally love an actor and hate the character he plays. For example, Rachel McAdams is awesome but Regina George is a total wench. I couldn't imagine anyone hating on Anthony Hopkins but Hannibal Lecter is a disturbed individual that causes people to defecate in their pants. It is the ultimate goal of an actor who is playing "the bad guy". 16  out of 21 found this valuable. Do you?

How can you make a thread dedicated to a character that is pretty much a complete unknown.

It's crazy...why don't you guys hold off and see what Allison is all about first before you make a thread devoted to her.

Allison-philiacs are like people that buy books for their covers, they have no depth.

While your add it, maybe you should make a thread for Allison's dog too, who knows, the dog might end up saving the world from skynet and is the real hero.

No. Sarah would approve of Alison and Alison would see Sarah as a role model.

I mean really... I don't know what to say. You guys are great in every way.
I have a wish list:
1. I need a list of the things to do and not to do when encountering John.
2. A list of all future Terminator models, I live in 2025 and the latest we've seen are HK Airbornes. Go figure.
3. A casket of Guns. (I think you know why.)
4. Medicine for illnesses and sicknesses. If you thought a Cold was bad, you'd be amazed at how bad it is now!
5. As a personal choice, a Cookie Monster cuddly toy. He was my favorite when I was three.

Ouch. That's the first time in my life someone has openly called me shallow.

But I guess I am shallow. I buy books for their covers all the time. Especially when that cover has a certain ISBN number I've been looking for. I guess when I look at the spine of a book and it says George Orwell or Orson Scott Card on it and I buy the book without reading it first. I'm a real superficial bastard that way. That's totally a lie because Sarah will have a transcending experience soon and achieve enlightment, which will give her access to her third eye. And with her third eye, she will see the truth of things: that Cameron is the savior of the world, and Sarah will one day be the mother-in-law to Cameron, because John will marry Cameron and bring pure love into the world.

Oh but before all that, Derek will try to make a pass at Cameron, but Cameron loves only John, and John and Cameron was always meant to be together. So than Derek will have to settle for Allison instead...but it turns out Allison has a huge crush on Kyle...but Kyle already loves Sarah...so than Allison become jealous and goes back in time to try and murder Sarah...but Sarah kicks her A$$ instead.

Children still know who Cookie Monster is in 2011??? *cries*

I thought my 2nd childhood rolemodel (the first being James T. Kirk), was lost to the likes of Teletubbies and cheaply animated Nickelodeon carttons (Invader Zim still rocks)! 5  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?
