Folks,
I just emailed Sean Hannity to ask for Summer to appear on his 'Great American Panel' and also Fox and friends which is their morning show. Lots of viewers. This is what I wrote:
Gang,
I watch you just about every morning and aside from Fox News, the only show that I never miss is Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I think Summer Glau would be a great guest. Why?
1. She's homeschooled
2. She has a gun permit
3. She comes from a conservative family
4. She is an up and coming star with a large fanbase of sci-fi lovers (queen of the nerds?)
5. She plays a terminator on the show Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
6. She hasn't done anything racy, is well spoken and projects a wholesome image.

I also emailed Sean and asked to have her on the Great American Panel.

Thanks for your time.

I forgot to mention that if this group finds out when she'll be on, that will mean a lot more viewers of a demographic they may not normally get. It would also be goos for increasing the odds of renewal if a lot of us did the same. And yes, I am now a 'Right Wing Extremist. I used to be a regular guy clinging to my guns and religion till DHS reclassified me.'

Anything pro-active is good thing. And especially viewers who don't watch normally. Do you find this valuable?

I'm a social conservative myself but classic economic conservatives boggle my mind... Do you find this valuable?

She comes from a conservative family. Don't know how conservative she actually is. But I would guess she is more conservative than the typical (or should I say stereotypical) actress. Do you find this valuable?

Yeah, I hear ya. Summer's the woman I'm going to marry!

I didn't think it was possible to top perfection until I read that about her, hehe. Do you find this valuable?

Don get me wrong, I appreciate all the publicity. And I am a conservative myself, well... at least in Canada, HELL IM A BLUE TORY!!! (go Harper). ANYWAYS, I have nothing against Sean Hanity personally, but I think having Summer on that show can have some negative reactive from the centre and left. And frankly, despite my political disagreements with the left, we need all the people we can get behind TSCC. Just a thought. again not against the idea, just need to be careful. Do you find this valuable?

i agree essentially, just need to be careful if that happens, thats all Do you find this valuable?

I agree, it could be the K.O.D. (kiss of death) depending on how she handles herself. However, the segment I'm referring to is when they take a lib, a conservative and a personality and discuss current topics. Piece of cake to come off neutral, but wellspoken, etc. Risk vs. reward. Have faith, she will do well! The segment airs @ 30 minutes into the show. Anyway, it's a moot point unless we start writing to Fox and any other shows that we want her on. Hell, I'll even watch Olbermann or Maddow to see her! Do you find this valuable?

She doesn't have to be on the American panel. Hannity often uses the portion after the panel to highlight a musician, actor, actress, artist, etc. Sometimes he even has bands play. Summer could do ballet. Do you find this valuable?

It's not going to happen.

Not because, Hannity wouldn't love to have her on. But putting herself in a partisan show, even if just for fun, won't work out.

Mainly because, Hannity will have to ask something political. As a result it could damage her reputation and if you ask other conservative actors, it could damage her career too, considering the leftist attitude of most hollywood productions.

Jon Voight is one of the only conservative actors who's been able to pull off being conservative and still getting high paying high publicity acting jobs. Other than that, I've heard of few conservative actors who've actually declared that publicly.

This is why I don't think it will happen, Summer's agents would beg her not to do it (with her career in mind).

I mean, it could happen, but maybe when Summer is as popular as say Kate Beckinsale, Eva Mendez, or Angelina Jolie-- then she has little to fear, but she's sort of new in the scene.

Plus Hannity has more important guests that actually are related to the political scene. As long as he's not out of guests, and as long as he doesn't have to rely on Joe the Plumber as a guest, he has a long "waiting list" because of the success of his show. Do you find this valuable?
