Boycott If Mission Fail.

Here is an idea!! We are pretty strong in numbers on this site with a common goal of saving a show we all love watching, and were are here fighting to save it, well its all about MONEY when it comes down to it, so I suggest Boycotting all Advertisers, of any show put in the time slot of T:SCC if fox decides to end our series, I Think it would be the first Boycott of its kind that witch will likely get the media involved, (Fans of a cancelled show Boycott its replacement). The only way to resolve this is HITTING THEM ON THERE BOTTOM LINE,,,,,,,,if fox takes our terminator,,,,I SAY BOYCOTT 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Well. We don't look at any show in the TSCC time slot. And we send mail to the advertisers on the new show slot that we DON"T use they products because TSCC was canceled...... 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm not boycotting Fox, or the advertisers. Whatever products they were selling I probably forgot. But I'm sure I won't be buying a Dodge Ram right now, I bought a Wrangler a couple years ago.

I place most of my blame on the show runner, Friedman. He went against the wishes of both the network execs and fans to sideline Cameron and focus on Crazy Sarah centric episodes. We all know how that went. Boycott any show Friedman produces after TSCC.

"how do you suppose we boycott. Is there a game plan besides just saying we will boycott. "
Its not simple to organize something like that, It would have to come from a few different directions, it will take a concerted effort and drive to effect fox in big numbers letting them know that what ever there advertisers are selling, we will not buy, also getting some Celebrity’s or anyone in radio on board that are fans of T:SCC would help by getting the media to shine a spotlight on the cause witch would be even more publicity in any event to draw more people to see what’s all the hoopla about. It can happen, all it s is the will of the fans to do something about it. How would fox react if they got 300,000 emails saying that there channel has been blocked on there TV cause of the cancellation of a T:SCC and will stay blocked until the show is back?? And there is an effort to get more people to bock there channel, I would think that would be a news worthy story, and would at least merit a few articles in entertainment news based publications.

The only thing I'm boycotting is FOX, how can advertisers make money if we ditch the whole network all together.

I sigh in disbelieve when the network wonders how come they are struggling to pull in viewers. They are desperate because they only have a hand full of successful shows and are sinking into CW standards. But they continue ignoring their viewers in hope that they bring in a different crowd for the following season, wrong move!

They either find a new way to rate viewings or I'm sticking with Netflix if they cancel TSCC, I'm done investing my time to these greedy fat cats running the industry.

Boycotting simply is no longer an effective method of protest. Especially in this instance.

There are billions of Americans who watch TV. There will be only hundreds who participate in this boycott. Even if you get a thousand boycotters, odds are, fox won't care.

We should respect fox's decision, whether it will be bad or good. There's always the chance WB will pick us up, or Fox change their mind (if one of the shows they renewed or their new series fails miserably.)

All do respect but I believe you missed the narrative and the template; the boycott is clearly not going to put fox out of business, But it can be an effective measure to get attention to why we are all here. Anyway we can gain momentum to keep our show on is what im trying to achieve. Honestly, it’s the best idea I could think of, If you can come up with a better one, I’ll be the first to get on board.

Boycotting the Pilots or persuading others not to watch is the best of the boycotting options.

WB and Halcyon are where we need to be directing our actions now.

Wow. Here we are the end of the line and the same stupid ass idea's keep raining down. No where in any of your pea brains is the idea that having to stand up for Dollhouse is the reason for the decline in ratings? You know that move to FRIDAY!

Bunch of jerks. When its official about the cancellation if that happens its on in here.

Mark it.

Why blame Fox when they gave Friedman 22 episodes before the move to Friday? He was the one who ran off the viewers by focusing on Sarah, the timing was horrible. No one wanted the plot to sputter out as he delves into the psyche of Sarah Connor. No one wanted Riley around for most of season two, Friedman could have said no to Kevin Reilly who requested that "his" character premieres earlier than originally planned.

So yep, the Producer is to blame for the cancellation, not Fox. The WB should have removed him, then see if Fox or another network would be interested.

First off Fox gave them 13 eps to start with. A few weeks after the season opener was when the others were ordered. Second the ratings started dropping before the move to Friday then the move plus the hiatus which was a month long maybe more if memory serves flat out killed the show. So just cause its easy to blame the Sarah eps does not make it fact. In case you can read the show is called Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles like as if to say the story of her life. So if people got switched off by that you know focusing on the main character why did they never stop watching till that move to Friday?
