How did Cameron get her name?

Okay so I gotta plug my fan fic again. If anyone is wondering how Cameron got her name I think I came up with a pretty unique way.http://terminatorwiki.fox.com/page/Final+Days+Chapter+11 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Fan reason or real reason? I'm pretty sure the real one was as homage to James Cameron.

No I mean fictional reason. Like how John Connor named her. I did read awhile back that JF did it as a tribute to James Cameron though.

If you look up the meaning, it certainly doesn't apply to the character's appearance; Cameron means "crooked nose", and it's a man's name. Do you find this valuable? |

Yeah I came across that finding as well...I was like "okay so not gonna use that reason." I think my fan fic came up with a pretty unique way to name her...Please read I hope you guys like it... :-)

He inserted her chip and when she came to life, he said "What shall I call you, you Allison impersonator?" She responded by saying "Since the program you have installed in my chip was written by a German computer scientist in 2024, you should name me 'Cameron', which of course in German means a 'whale's vagina.'" 0 out of 1 found this valuable.
