Box Office Mojo shows Terminator Salvation tickjet sales dropping off dramaticly.

It may have only one or two more weekends before it's relagated to the dollar theaters and then to DVD oblivion.

Let's make one last push, next Saturday, to see at least one matenee, or full price evening show, and get some revenue popping for our franchise.

By the way, Sony effed up real good with the 2 weeks later release in Europe, after it was released in the US, it barely had any TV spots or promos in newspapers/magazines. I asked my Dad specifically to help me with this since he buys about 3-4 newspapers in the mornings and some other magazines, auto, stuff like that, probably porn, anyway, before the 20th last month, it was a total of 25-28 promos in newspapers/magazines and 3 posters and after the 20th-25th, we were able to spot about 10-12 and only one poster. Lame, since the movie was released here on Friday. Hell, most people didn't even knew it was going to be screened last Friday(read some forums). Do you find this valuable?

I just can't get in the mood to go sit though this movie when TSCC got cancelled right before it came out. It's like trying to be in the mood to make out 2 seconds after getting kicked in the crotch. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

(Don't forget to click the "Daily Box Office" tabs at the top for more meaningful information.)

Keep in mind that, due to inflation, the money of 1991 was "worth more" than the money of 2003 (which in itself was "worth more" than the money of 2009.) That increases the impressiveness of T2's revenue.

T2 essentially doubled its budget in the US alone.
T3 didn't meet it's budget in the US (fell short by 25%).
T4 is earning less money than T3 was, and is doing so when a ticket "costs slightly more money."

T3 and T4 have increased the budget from T2 while yielding poorer profits. (Good observation by Mister Fahr.)
Warner Bros won't be happy.

"1. Switch gross and budget figures,
2. ???
3. Profit?"

WB and Halcyon
TSCC fan want more, make some money, give the fan in some way TSCC: tv show in Fox or other channel (SciFy) with some change if you have to (less expensive), Book, Comics, dvd movie, TV MOVIE, Manga / comics Movie. If you are good with your costumer, they will be good with you.
Terminator Salvation International sales will help a lot, WB and Halcyon you will have your chance to make T5 and T6. However you have to make better movies.....
It was not good for Teminator Salvation that TSCC was cancel, It was no good for Terminator Salvation that TSCC fan want more TSCC and WB and Halcyon give to us 0.... Help terminator, Help yourself WB Halcyon, Help TSCC

That's because people were so hard on it, but it was very good. I don't get it, people were way too over critical. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

There is good news however -

MOVIES 'Terminator' Triumphs With International Auds

"Salvation" lands in top spot overseas with $67.5 million.

Terminator: Salvation

By Wrap Staff

"Terminator: Salvation" grossed $67.5 million at the overseas box office from 70 markets, easily landing the Christian Bale-starrer in the top spot.

Despite its debatable Stateside B.O., the film is doing better at this point in its run than "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines." And "Salvation" marks the third highest international opener of 2009, according to studio estimates.

The film came in first in, among other places, the U.K. ($11.6 million), Russia ($8 million), France ($6.3 million), Germany ($6 million) and Australia ($5.2 million). Its total foreign total is $97.2 million.

One bad thing is they show way too much on the trailers. Most of the good parts and mystery was shown on the trailer, that killed it for me, but that was my fault. Well part of it. lol 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

"That's because people were so hard on it, but it was very good. I don't get it, people were way too over critical. "
It's not just because people were highly critical of it.

Wolverine was released a month early on the internet, then scathed by fans and critics.
It was also released a few days early in the international market, to be scathed by fans and critics.
But when it finally debuted in the US, it still made a truck load of money (though probably not what Marvel/FOX wanted)... and was scathed by fans and critics.

I don't think Salvation has got anywhere near the amount of diehard fan hatred that Wolverine got, even if it's critical response is pretty similar.

There's more to this poor gross than poor reviews...
Like Ben Stiller...
