I'd find it hard to name just one. So in no particular order:The Pilot - Obviously. Self Made Man - Finally gave us what we wanted, to find out out what Cameron get's up to when she's not around the Connors. Really could of done with more episodes like this. Samson & Deliah - For reasons already expressed in this thread. The Demon Hand - Loved the references to T2. And the final scene of Cameron dancing for no reason, while Derrek looked on with a terrified/haunted look on his face was one of my favourite moments of the series. Born to Run - Yeah it felt rushed, but the last 15 minutes were as good as anything you're likely to see on TV, ever. Do you find this valuable? |

"hmmmm everyone likes samson and delilah alot maybe josh should have made cameron bad for more than the one episode"I really liked evil Cameron... S&D was the first episode of TSCC I watched, so I had no idea what was going on at the time; but I was impressed nonetheless. I guess I have to go with Samson and Delilah; however common, I can't resist. Do you find this valuable? |

I just want to add Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today. The shootout at the church was awesome. And I really liked the scene with Cam on the bed with John.

"I just want to add Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today. The shootout at the church was awesome. And I really liked the scene with Cam on the bed with John."That was a good episode, but what always bothered me, was the way Cromartie didn't shoot at both windows at once in the church... I mean, all he'd have to do is shoot at the openings at 3-second intervals, with a variation of 2 seconds every other shot, to keep Sarah and Derek's heads down... dammit Cromartie, you're Metal, so start thinking like one! Samson and Delilah certainly reveals more about John Connor than any othe episode. The interplay between emotion (destroy Cameron ) and logic ( save Cameron) is brilliant with John trusting his analyitical abilities over his fears and deciding he has figured Cameron out and knows how to defuse the danger. John proves for the first time that he understands Cameron way better than anyone else including Cameron herself. Trusting Cameron is never an issue forJohn again although she continues to be plagued with insecurities. Do you find this valuable? |

Any of the episodes that Ash and Toni Graphia wrote would make my top five list, but if I had to pick one - okay, two - it would be Allison From Palmdale followed by Dungeons & Dragons.

The final episode leaves us in a real dilemma because I believe John had no way of knowing that C.Weaver had recently stabbed to death all the factory employees, or anybody else for that matter. She saved his life, (like Cameron), so what else would he think. How could he possibly know anything else than to trust her? After all, she showed that she is striving to save humanity with John-Henry on their side too. A bit mixed up but sacrifice for the better good perhaps? (cannon fodder).

My favorite episode is by far and away “Today is the Day, Part 2.” In that episode we really see J.C. as he is presently and who he will be. He makes several crucial decisions in this episode that I find fascinating. In the very first scene he asks Derek how long he would last against Cameron and then says he wants to talk about Derek’s future; this could be taken as Derek’s future with Jesse or if Derek doesn’t answer J.C.’s questions, Derek’s future in the next few days against Cameron. He makes a break with Sarah by telling Cameron he is sorry he doubted her as Sarah believes he is talking to her. He lets Jesse go because “if he has to live with it, so does she.” He listens as Derek tells him humanity rises or falls on his shoulders and the watch goes into his pocket, symbolizing his decision regarding Cameron and the machines. My sense here is that he knows and understands far more than anyone else realizes; except perhaps Cameron, though Cameron may not understand what he understands. Too, we find out who Jesse is. We see the damage she did not only to Riley but also in the future. J.C. wasn’t getting good people killed or making questionable decisions; Jesse and the human crew were. J.C. was clear about what needed to be done to win the war, i.e. “humans can’t be replaced or rebuilt.” We see the LMT and can surmise that this is Catherine Weaver. We can also surmise why “the answer is no.” We can also surmise what the answer would have been had they left the box alone. That hand signal it gave them was so telling. Derek says “John Connor said to let you go; I’m not John Connor” as Jesse makes a run for it. Then later as J.C. asks him if he killed her he repeats that just after they have discussed the Resistance watching for J.C. to be human or as J.C. puts it “to make a mistake.” So many fascinating details in 43 minutes! My favourite eps? Pilot, Queen's Gambit (I like that Cameron vs. Vick part), Vick's Chip, What We Beheld (I love that FBI-agents-swimming-day ^^), Samson & Delilah (thats evidently most popular episode at all :) ), Selfmade Man (Cameron with Thompson is awesome...who said that isn't?!), and Born To Run of course. But would be hard to say which one of them is the best one. "Allison from Palmdale" without any doubts. After that I like all the episodes written by Toni Graphia. But anyways, it's TSCC. There is no such thing as "bad TSCC episode".
