"Haha yea. Pretty much most of the episodes are awesome.
There is only one episode I flat out don't like and it's Earthlings.
"
The only episode I'm not all that fond of is Self Made Man. The Stark part of the story could have been fun, but it wasn't. The first viewing was cool because it had a "mystery" to it with Cameron and the guy figuring stuff out but a second viewing is so very boring to me.

"Today is the Day (Part 1 & 2)
Sarah burning vital components needed to keep the unappreciated saviour of her butt in working order. Sarah being a spiteful biatch and making an AI question herself. Cameron not wanting to invoke even more of Sarah's crap by ignoring John's plight and allowing Sarah a small victory. Which might not have been the case had Sarah not been there. That was her chosen reaction. Compare this to her behaviour in "Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today", "Complications", "Ourselves Alone", and "Born To Run".

You fail, Notty."
Yes Born to Run is a great episode, where Cameron with her final act of betrayal. Allows herself to be killed and forever leaves JC. Proving she was lying all along about protecting JC. Its a riot , how many are fooled by beauty, vanity. That they can't see that Cameron was cold calculating and on a mission.

When Cameron hard rebooted after the Jeep explosion, this is the real Cameron , the one that fired the gun at JC's head, and tortured Sarah. she over rode the terminate order eventually to complete her higher priority mission. Acquire the new AI. The first and Last episode of S2 showed Cameron's true colors. And none of that was done because of feelings for JC.

I did like Self Made Man, but had issues with it. Another one I've talked about in my videos. I liked what they did with Cameron's character, but what was up with all those flashbacks to the T-888? Was someone just obsessed with the 1920s?

@Turtle, and Guide

I talk about Samson and Delilah on this video, which was actually my first TSCC video ever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeNbv6-DPgw

It also ranked as my #1 on my Top Ten Terminator Moments video, or videos rather as it was a three parter.

My view exactly. Awesome combination of emotion, awesomeness, flashbacks (USS Jimmy Carter), Jesse being an idiot, etc.

From there to the end of the Season, we really get a glimpse of Future John. He figures out what Jesse did, and gives her fitting punishment. "If I have to live with this, then so do you." After what happened, he had more reason to be angry at Derek than anyone, yet he forgives. And he also becomes very decisive in ARAC, rescuing Savannah. And he puts everything together about John Henry.

You forgot "To the lighthouse" which shows John transfered back to little clueless boy. He did not even care much, that he has been separated from Derek and Cameron.

Ok now my favorites and I have to admit that this changes over time but now if I should single out an episode it is:

"Allison from Palmdale": I don't know what is better, the writing (Toni Graphia) or Summer Glau's acting. I love both and I cannot get the lines

"I think I am a machine"

or

"I'm going to kill him and hang his head on a pike for all to see"

often enough.

Other opisodes in chronological order:

season 1:

"Gnothi Seauton" (good terminator action scene, humor)
"Dungeons & Dragons" (unfortunately never resolved)
"The Demon Hand" (ballet, shocking, mystery, Toni Graphia)
"What He Beheld" (nice drama)

season 2:

"Samson and Delilah" (good action, better acting)
"Brothers of Nablus" (best procedural episode with a well done story and a shocking Cameron scene)
"Ourselves Alone" (acting, great John-Cameron scenes, John not being a clueless loser, Toni Graphia)
"Adam Raised a Cain" (Toni Graphia, John Henry and Savannah singing)

I think that the season 2 final's story does not make much sense (John's behaviour, Sarah asking John and Cameron for Jameron). I also dislike trashing or killing Cameron after Derek has been killed of already (the new Derek does not have any of his old counterpart's memories, character reset). I also think that it became boring to do T1 and T2 references. Do the writers not have the fantasy to get up with new own ideas?

Still on the "betrayal" shtick, notty?

I asked you this question once, and not surprisingly, I didn't get an answer: How can it be betrayal when she's joining an anti-Skynet faction? How can it be betrayal when, in the end, her actions will help John?

Edit: Hmm, I suppose I should answer the topic question too: "Queen's Gambit". It was the episode that got me hooked on the show, it will forever remain my favorite. The right mix of humor (Morris' "whoa!", Cameron at the counselor's office), action (Cameron vs. Vick), and story development (the introduction of the awesome Derek).

You should not ask questions of the mentally unstable.

Scenario;
Cameron approaches beaming.
John: What've you got there?
Cam:I saw this big fish swimming, I hit it with a pike from 20 metres. It entered through the back of the head, and out the left eye. I cut off the head and brought it home; a present for our love.. I gave it a name.
John: Oh? What do you call it?
Came: It's a Riley.
John smiling fondly: Naughty girl. But nice work. Go put the pike up for all to see.
Cam looks at him fondly: I will.

That's lame, you think Accept gets beat down by that Riley thing and he doesn't. Come up with some new material already.
