What about the chip Cameron kept when she destroyed the other terminator? Could she be expecting someone to plug that into her bod? One can't just go around leaving terminator components aroiund isn't the how cyberdyne was making progress in T2?

The idea that the events are chaotic caused by different agendas of the three AI would result in a very weak storyline and is not realistic considering Cameron just joined them . Indeed it is humans who are unreliable accoridng to CW so one should expect a complex but rational plan was agreed upon by the three AI which took into account some unpredictability on the humans part although the AI could predict that JC would follow CW to the future. Note had JH / Cameron waited for CW to make their jump the situation would have been much more confusing and JC behavior unpredictable. By having JH go first a fait accompli was created into which JC was naturally drawn. CW exhibited great confidence and even told Ellison to take care of Savannah . It is that confidence plus the fact CW just saved JC's life which made John's decision so easy.

Since Sarah and Derek knew about it, I think it is safe to assume it was destroyed with everything else. Cameron kept an inventory of parts for her use only. Sarah even found that and destroyed all of it. But perhaps we can get back to telling the story. Everyone is trying to make things perfect. fellow. thanks for the suggestion. but, you forgot something: the time travel machine destroy everything around (remember the plot episode, when sarah, cameron and john travels from 1997 to 2007 (that year?), where the vault was destroyed after they activate it.

to all the guys who used my post:STOP MESSING AROUND WITH THE TIME TRAVEL!!!! I wrote this part, because I'm just writing about sarah. what she did and what's the skynet mission. skynet stills behind the sarah's trace. why? because John Connor is gone to somewhere in a possible future where he doesn't exist. I opened a blog where I write about it and making the script to start to build a tscc 3rd season. maybe is the only way to keep the legend alive. I'm trying to make something better than the TSCC 2nd season didn't. Am I the ONLY ONE here who thought that maybe this was meant to be a fun experiment to write a collaborative, sometimes wacky, fictional approach to Season 3, not a huge discussion about Season 3 theories or time travel? There's forums out there where you can debate that stuff ad nauseam! Please, could we just stick to the original idea an just continue with the story!!!

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be enough willing participants here who are serious about trying. Either that, or they lack the imagination and/or writing skills necessary! As Weaver checks John Connor's vital signs, they are all right. John opens his eyes and sits up with a groan, "What hit me? My head..." Weaver gives him a canteen, "Drink this, it will help." "Where am I...I remember jumping through time...you must have followed me." "Yes," said Weaver,"We're in the resistance headquarters, For now it's safe from attack. I came back with you to help you." "Help me?" John touches his head and looks at his fingers bloodied, "Why should I trust you? This place...I can't believe it. It's really happened...Skynet did it. We couldn't stop it after all."John unscrews the cap of the canteen and takes a hard swallow. "Ugh, bitter!" "It has pain killer and medicine in it," says Weaver, "Drink all of it." Just then Cameron quietly enters the room. She opens a small med kit and pulls out a little jar of salve. She gently puts some on John's bloody scalp. As John looks up at her, a warm feeling and deep sense of nostalgia for the past steals over him. "Thank you...your name's Cameron, isn't it?" "Yes...how did you know?" she says. Kyle and Derek enter the room. "Man, I'm sorry I hit you so hard," Kyle sits down beside John, "...it was a reflex. That's a helluva way to greet a new soldier. This metal here tells me you know something. Something that can give us the upper hand against Skynet. What is it? Can you remember?" John Connor sits up in his chair and looks at both Derek and Kyle, "I need to use the bathroom". They both burst out into laughter, "Bathroom?" Derek says, "We could all use a bath, kid. But, we haven't had the luxury of wasting good water like that since J-Day." John frowns, and shakes his head slightly, "No, I mean I need to...you know...relieve myself... And, to maybe wash the blood off?" "Besides", Derek answers, "Aside from your wound, and the blood on your hands, you look cleaner than most, kid. Especially for someone running around in the tunnels without any clothes on. You want to explain that? John thought about what to say. All the things he had witnessed. Cyborgs turning on cyborgs. Skynet sending agents back in time. His father, dead before he knew him, sent back by his future self. His father, who was standing right there. Cameron. John Henry. Everything. How could he possibly say it all, explain it? He gave it a shot."Time... travel?" John Connor felt a cool, restraining touch on his shoulder. Weaver. It flashed through his mind in an instant, "Better watch it. They'll think I'm crazy. Worse, untrustworthy. I don't know these guys. It's war. They could kill me and not think twice..." John looked up at Derek, "Uh...Nothing, man...I think it was the hit on my head." He decided right then he liked Kyle much more than his brother. Derek was a loose cannon. He could tell that already.Kyle asked John again, "What do you know...?" "I know how to fight, my mother showed me." "Your mother...?!" Derek laughed. "Yes," said John, "She knew it was coming, she was attacked by SkyNet." John turned to face Kyle, "I know computers. I was in on the beginning, I saw the first brain for SkyNet. The Turk. It was based on war games and chess. I think I can insert a virus right now to slow it all down. Derek chuckles and scratches his chin, taking a few steps closer to John, he looks down at him with a blank, emotionless glare. After a few moments of silence, he backhands John across the face with a loud SMACK, and shouts, "You're full of shit, kid! J-Day happened 16 years ago! You were barely out of diapers at the time! Derek what year was J-Day?I think I know where my mom would bury some supplies for me if something like this happened. She would have left me a laptop with copies of my work on Vic's chip at least. I am hoping for a lot more. Also, I think Miss Weaver and I might be able to retrieve a deactivated Terminator from the Ceranno Point hazardous waste dump. We are going to need all of the bodies and spare parts we can get our hands on. John Henry returns from (?) and proves to be a friend of Sara and John and is willing to work with them to keep the invaders under control (perhaps even send them - for the time being- back to their own vision of the future world. He and Cameron come up with a way to split the chip, leaving each other with the same superior data, etc.

right about the same time weaver and john make the jump skynet suddenly has a brainwave and decides that playing hide and seek with the humans isn't working out too well. Instead it diverts energy and resources to exploiting the main difference between the two 'species' by manufacturing atmospheric quantities of biological and chemical agents...nerve gas...mustard gas to name a few. This is the end game. Humans, if any even survive this airy cocktail, will have to be holed up underground...no more running around causing trouble for skynet. Skynet can either choose to sit the humans out by starving them or purge them from their holes since they can't surface anymore...terminators will have a field day if the later. Also as sub objectives...carpet bomb all known oil fields and napalm anything green that grows. Skynet will also realise that overground bases are not desirable and are vulnerable to human attack....new policy is underground bases... adding a plethora of obstacles to any resistance ploys..."dig baby dig". Skynet will begin a new line of terminators...it will no longer be seek...infiltrate and destroy...but seek...lockdown and exterminate....after finding a human base... drill-like mole terminators will bore down to the sub-levels and release lethal and incapacitating chemical agents respectively, the later having a persistency of days. These 'moles' could also have motion detectors deployed that may request 'bunker busting response' only this time the human capacity to resist the 'infiltrators' will be near zero as they have other pressing problems at hand...like breathing or skin peeling off perhaps

"Hi, I'm sorry about your jacket. I kinda of stumbled into your safehouse." John guessed, hoping he could put together a story quickly."How did you get past our safeguards?" Kyle inquired. "I didn't know this place was boobytrapped. I must have gotten lucky. I haven't been the luckiest of late." He had to change the subject. "Most of my folks were killed in an ambush." He tried to get emotional. Allison Young looked at a young scared boy, she couldn't help herself. "You said your name was John? Please come and sit here". She guided him to a seat. John followed her, he tried to use the emotion of losing his mother and Cameron. Now he was all alone. Words came out in spurts. "We were just scavenging for some food and water. Bunch of machines jumped us. . .slaughtered everybody. Don't know if my mother made it. . . don't even know how I did. " The emotion was real. Kyle took Allison's cue. "Okay, you can stick with us for awhile. We are heading back to our main base, but we will rest here for a spell. Somebody get him some clothes. . .food." He headed out the side door.
